Paint Mart even used a brand for the trim that was not Benjamin Moore to better match the color. Needless to say the job was just completed and the quality, color, and texture were fantastic. They go the extra mile for the client.

Asked the employee what the difference was between the more expensive version rather than the less expensive one? Both of which were of HD brands. I tried the brand name one and did not like it. The employee did not really know the difference, so I just bought the more expensive one and assembled it in the parking lot, just in case I did not like it and could do a quick return. Wow, you can tell the difference! This will be a keeper. Atmosphere - Consistent. Service - Self service, so great. I am also a fan of your self service order/pick up lockers. Price - $80, low cost leader. I rarely check prices. Today I must have been in a really good mood because I bought the more expensive version. Owner Comments - Congrats on your success since 1978, now with 2335+ (since 2024) locations and growing. Ranked #5 (in 2020) on the Fortune 500.

First associate tried 50-70 pulls without any luck, and then called another guy to help. He finally got it started after 30-40 pulls. Turned it off, and told me it was perfect so they were done. I own four other Stihl gas tools and use them frequently, so was of course surprised by his response and couldn't believe he was serious. Told him so and when he didn't offer any other solution threw in a "you must be ........ing crazy" and got told to leave. Luckily, I called Stihl west coast headquarters and they arranged a warranty service at another company. They sent it to repair and ended up only being flooded. So kind of my fault in part for reading the owners manual which states to pump the primer 10 times, which surprised me to begin with, but showed differently by the repair shop. Case closed, but certainly should have been handled better by this Ace Hardware. Was told they are all independently owned so won't hold it against all the other Ace Hardware stores I use and love. Never shopping here again though. End of report.

Not sure if the hours listed are their regular hours, but Monday was Labor Day and they actually closed at 4pm, not 5pm. Great location. This Flock of Seagulls ex-band member told me, "That's the price!" A simple price check would have resolved this without issue, but that was not in the cards, apparently. And anyone who knows building supplies would have known how insane that price was. Hire people who know hardware and building supplies. I had to track down a manager myself to get this resolved, which was embarrassing show of their customer service. For 10 months I've been paying their "mountain prices" for the convenience of them being local--no more. I'd rather take a 1.5-hour round trip than deal with rude service and inflated prices. We had a propane dryer prior to this but chose to put in electric. We had to do some work to the electrical box and wiring so we needed some conduit and supplies. It was difficult to find someone who knew about those departments. It took us twice as long to find what we needed than to buy a large appliance and get it loaded. 1 star for check out. It is ridiculous that we have to work at checking ourselves out and giving Lowe's are hard earned money while someone gets paid to stand their and watch us work. Not a fan.
