We had a propane dryer prior to this but chose to put in electric. We had to do some work to the electrical box and wiring so we needed some conduit and supplies. It was difficult to find someone who knew about those departments. It took us twice as long to find what we needed than to buy a large appliance and get it loaded. 1 star for check out. It is ridiculous that we have to work at checking ourselves out and giving Lowe's are hard earned money while someone gets paid to stand their and watch us work. Not a fan.

As a disabled senior, this was already enough for me to end our relationship after twelve years of loyal patronage. But then the situation got even worse. The cashier at an otherwise empty checkout station ignored me for ten minutes while he tried to locate a Lowe's employee on a walkie talkie. Turns out, after waiting for fifteen minutes, the employee he was looking for was not even on the job today. I am all for hiring seniors, but this guy should be doing nothing more than drooling and playing cards at an assisted living facility. Enough is enough. He then refused to properly repair and repaint the damage properly. He ended up remudding over paint but only mudded 3/4 of the way up the wall and applied 2 coats of paint over the mud within a few hours and the whole wall bubbled up. He damaged my ceiling with his ladder. Very rude to my wife and daughter. He blew the electric circuitry in my daughters room removing outlets for some reason now I have to call a electrician left huge messes on uncovered floors. Spilled paint on floors. This guy will damage your house and take zero responsibility. Please beware of Jose. He will destroy your house.
