We were here today to buy a couple fake Poinsettias for the house, which provided some holiday cheer, without putting our cats in danger with the real thing. Just the day before this happened, my best friend and I spent over $100 there. The reason I wanted to look at the giant cheese squishy was because I'd already bought the mini version before, and it honestly didn't live up to how it was advertised. It wasn't what I expected at all, and since the store doesn't allow returns, I was stuck with something I regretted buying. I didn't want to make the same mistake again. Since there weren't any display samples, we carefully opened the giant one just to see what it was actually like. We weren't trying to steal it or damage it--we were planning to put it back and were deciding whether it was worth buying. Instead, the owner immediately started yelling at us and made us feel like we were about to get kicked out. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. If you're charging premium prices and don't allow returns, customers should at least be able to see what they're buying before spending their money. I used to enjoy shopping here, but after this experience, I'm honestly not sure I'll be spending my money here again. AND YES, what I did was wrong but I apologized and walked out...
