They said if I took it to Home Depot or other big box store, they would just run it through the computer, mix the paint and give me the result. But with Kelly Moore, they do that same computer process, but then they spend time with the paint, and apply it to different surfaces and tweak the color if necessary until they are confident they are giving you as close a match as possible. This process took an extra day or two, but was worth it in the end to get a great match. They def go the extra mile. TY.

Regardless, when something like this happens, you expect the company to just say, "don't worry, we will take care of it now," or, "how can we fix this?" That didn't happen at all.
