Kevin as usual being super helpful, guided me with the options for a couple of foam rollers, hand held pails and a few other accessory items that i needed for my project. Sometimes these types of places that service professionals can be intimidating to a DIYer, but this was not the case here. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and treated me with respect. Nicolas was very patient with me while I tried to find my perfect colors. He steered me to the right product for the job from primer to paint. He also showed me how to properly hold a brush when cutting in. This made such a huge difference in my current project and I'm never going back. Saves me so much time. I'm forever grateful. The paint itself has been great - colors are vibrant, paint silky and covers nicely. I'm a strong believer in three coats, but honestly it covers really well, you could probably get away with two, if you're careful with your application. It's not cheap, but I think fair for a quality product I can use and not worry about any issues during application and down the line. The smell is very mild and dissipates quickly. I definitely will continue using this store for all my paint needs.

No one called me to let me know the paint was ready. I asked her when it was ready, and she snaps "I don't know I wasn't here". She says "I need your ID" sure but why don't you ask for it instead of just standing there, breathing, and existing. Then she sarcastically says, "HAVE A NICE DAY". They said if I took it to Home Depot or other big box store, they would just run it through the computer, mix the paint and give me the result. But with Kelly Moore, they do that same computer process, but then they spend time with the paint, and apply it to different surfaces and tweak the color if necessary until they are confident they are giving you as close a match as possible. This process took an extra day or two, but was worth it in the end to get a great match. They def go the extra mile. TY.

I had never used wallpaper before so I had no idea what to expect but he explained everything about removing the old wallpaper and installing something we liked. From picking the new wallpaper online - what would fit in our area, the type of wallpaper, companies that sell wallpaper, etc he was more than happy to help with the process and the tiny details. On the day of the install there was a team of two people who were very knowledgeable about what they were doing, confident and very professional. I had a jungle theme and they made sure the tiger was square in the middle of the wall just like I wanted. They were happy to unroll all the wallpaper in my family room to figure out what would go where. They had so much equipment and tools to precisely place the wallpaper where it needed to go. They were perfectionists about getting everything right and really there's no way better to describe them than as true artists! The wallpaper application was exceptional. I absolutely love looking at it and visit the room where they put it up several times a day just to admire the work. You can see they took so much pride in what they did and it was not just regular work to them. I don't have any other place to put wallpaper right now but I would not skip a beat to hire this team a second time if I did! They are truly amazing!
