While I typically expect a certain standard of professionalism, my experience was unfortunately far below par. Upon entering the store, I encountered a bald staff member who was, to put it mildly, incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their demeanor was dismissive and unwelcoming, making what should have been a straightforward shopping trip feel like an imposition. I found their attitude to be completely unacceptable and not at all reflective of the customer service one would expect from a reputable company like Sherwin-Williams. This individual's lack of courtesy significantly soured my entire visit and made it difficult to get the assistance I needed. Good customer service is paramount, and this interaction left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue, as such behavior can severely impact a customer's perception of the brand and their willingness to return. I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of the kind of experience they might encounter here.

Bought a can of their duration paint. Salesperson said the primer and paint were mixed in together…read morealready so no need to buy separate primer. Hired a painter to come and paint the wall, the paint came out very uneven and clearly the primer was not mixed in. Now I'm out $500 and have to hire the painter to come back and repaint it, plus buy a new bucket of paint from elsewhere. Tried to return this faulty product in the store and was given serious attitude by the clerk who then said the primer is not mixed in, that's why they sell separate primer. I pulled up their website where the product description said it was a "paint and primer in one" and the clerk then changed his tune and said "that's just marketing language". I asked so isn't that false advertising for the product? He didn't care and would only refund me for half the price that I paid. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Miller Paint Bellevue is a phenomenal resource for wood stain matching…read more Our house has dark red cedar siding with a half-dozen coats of translucent stain collected over 20 years. Tree damage required us to match a stain for application to the current lighter-colored cedar siding. Knowing nothing, I started calling paint stores. Some refused to even try. Some tried and failed to match the color. One came near the color but couldn't match our siding's eggshell finish. A couple stores referred me to Miller Paint Bellevue. Miller Paint absolutely NAILED the color (and my wife and I both have perfect color vision) and reproduced our eggshell finish with the application of two different products. We're stunned by the value they contributed to our project. They did what everyone else thought was impossible.

Using paint and stain to match wood transition strips to laminate flooring requires expertise and…read moretechnical knowledge. This is especially the case if your laminate is an non-wood, gray/taupe color. Ryan is an color matching guru and experimented on a piece of extra wood transition strip (red oak) to come up with a solution that I could replicate at home. When I returned to the store a day or two later, Ryan taught me how to achieve a good color match using a relatively straight forward 5-step process. In addition, he was conscientious about keeping the cost of materials reasonable and making sure I had what I needed to complete the project with success.

It was my…read morefirst visit, and while I didn't end up taking anything home, I'm still glad I finally got to see what it was all about! This is definitely more of a furniture and home improvement focused store than the type of thrift store I usually gravitate toward. There were lots of larger furniture pieces, unique home decor, artwork, tools, paint, and more. I could see this being a really fun place if you're remodeling a room, furnishing a new space, or tackling a DIY project since you could easily pick up both the supplies and some one of a kind pieces in one stop. One thing that stood out was the artwork. There were some really fun and unique pieces hanging throughout the store that made browsing enjoyable. The biggest downside for me was the pricing. Some items felt reasonably priced, but quite a few of the larger furniture pieces seemed expensive enough that I found myself thinking you could buy something new for a similar price. Of course, that's going to depend on what you're looking for and whether you fall in love with a particular piece. The staff was incredibly friendly, though, and that definitely made a positive impression. There were signs throughout the store encouraging shoppers to ask for help reaching artwork or items on higher shelves, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist. Overall, it wasn't quite my style of thrift shopping, so I probably wouldn't make a special trip back. That said, if you're hunting for furniture, tools, or unique home pieces, it's absolutely worth stopping in to see what you might find!
