They both had the rudest attitudes they did not want to replace the carpet. They just wanted to shampoo it. I told him the installer had already done that. The stain was not coming out. Well here is big bad Sales rep Jason talking " well hey Lucas I need you to take that cable off of the wall so they can come and replace the carpet " Well Jason I shouldn't have had to take the cable off cause this was a Sherwin-Williams screw up not mine.
