We decided to finish this weekend and there was a promotion so we returned for another 10 gallons. The paint here isn't cheap by any means but boy it's good paint! It covers really well! It is well worth it! Now for the loss of a star. When I went back to get the paint to finish I did what I believe to be the intelligent thing to do and had him look at my account so I could double check I was purchasing the exact same everything. It was the other half of my house, after all, I need it to be the same. He did. But as I was leaving and he was putting paint in the truck, this kid said to me "sometimes you just have to make a decision". WTF! I am guessing this guy has never spent his own money on painting his house. 1500$ in paint and this guy thinks I should 'wing it'? I left it alone at the moment because I had nothing kind to say. My receipt says his name was Angel. We will continue to buy Sherman Williams paint, and I will continue to expect them to check my past purchases. There is another location not far away.

Everything went pretty well although the personality department was very lacking. Not even a greeting when I walked in. Then yesterday I went to have some trim colors custom matched. It was the same two guys and the larger one explained that I had to wait 24 hours. I get a lot of paint made and I have never had to wait!! Anyway, I chose to wait the 24 hours. So this morning I called in to see if it was ready because it was before the 24 hours!! He said it was ready. When I got there there was this other guy who immediately became a jerk!!! All I did was ask for my paint!!! He then preceded to tell me that they weren't able to make the 1 gallon of yellow. I asked why didn't they call me? I could have made other arrangements. He had no answer. Then I asked for the other 4 gallons of paint and I would go somewhere else to make the yellow. He got so pissy!! He was outright rude!! He started shouting about how he would just "eat the paint" and assumed I didn't want it!! I left something out!! I had to wait additional time to get the other two gallons made. If they would have told me this in the beginning I would have gone somewhere else. They deserve to "eat The paint" the jerk cursed me out in Spanish. I could not believe what I was experiencing. Right now I'm at Lowe's getting all 5 gallons made. The paint took as long to make as it did to tight this review. Rudest experience of my life!! The guy that caused me out should be fired. I was painting over a red wall, which I thought would take several coats of primer to cover, but Ernesto tinted the primer the shade I chose and I was able to get coverage in one coat of primer and one coat of paint. I told him that I wanted the process to be easy for me, and for the results to look genuinely professional vs a DIY or handyman job. They absolutely nailed my requirements.
