They had so much of a selection it opened our eyes to other possibilities and styles we actually didn't know we liked. Although we didn't end up Going with them they were extremely helpful in pricing and checking stock for multiple tiles/stone options we picked. They also were willing to honor a contractor discount since we were using a contractor to install. I also love how everything around you IS the sample, including the parking lot! They do have a warehouse and we found out some items would be shipped if not in stock and one item in particular they didn't have in stock or online at all. Meaning some samples just may not be an option so be prepared if you happen to pick the 1 stone out of hundreds that's discontinued.

I walked in and stood in front of the sales guy who was on the computer. I stood there for a good two minutes with no acknowledgment from the counter guy. While I'm standing there a yard guy comes in and tells me to move my truck, that I'm in a no parking zone. So I go move my truck. I come back into the office, now behind another guy. After another three minutes I order my four yards of topsoil, go out to the pile and wait a good five minutes while watching the same yard worker that told me to move my truck sitting on a fork lift looking at his phone. The young woman I spoke to at the counter was wearing her mask however and the most professional and approachable. I scheduled my delivery on a specific day at a specific time because I work the night shift in a hospital. After reviewing my cameras I saw, when the deliverer arrived he was not wearing his mask when he knocked on my door. The delivery came while I was sleeping at 9 AM instead of 3PM when I scheduled the delivery and the deliverer did not wait longer than approximately 2 minutes before he started dumping the HUGE amount of mulch on my driveway. I called and luckily spoke to the same woman who I purchased from but sadly was not able to come to a conclusion to fix this issue that now I myself had to deal with since it was blocking my whole garage. I couldn't drive any of my cars to work since my landscaper wasn't coming until the next morning. What the picture I've attached doesn't show is the huge area in the middle of my front yard that was big enough to store the 4 yards of mulch. The woman I spoke to was professional enough to apologize but initially only offered discount on a future purchase. Because I needed base rock for the future I originally took her up on that offer but thought about it and didn't want to deal with an issue like this again. It seemed like such a hassle just to ask for some type of compensation for the inconvenience that was caused. In short, yes I was happy with the mulch I chose and I believe at the time offered the most affordable within my area that I researched BUT it would be awhile for me to want to work with this business again because of the huge trouble that was caused.

Recently I shared with Victor about our partnership with a home building organization in Ensenada. I asked for what I thought was a lot, but he returned with 5X. I was shocked when I arrived to pick up the order, my trailer could only hold 50%. The director of the home building ministry was blown away, their generosity brought him to tears. Its nice to get great service and great products, but its something else to work with an organization that is aligned with us on the most important things - serving others.
