The two socks I had to buy cost almost $15 after tax, which was almost the amount you would pay for a weekday admission. Which for something that was supposed to be an outing included in our pass. We might come back if my kids school has a fundraiser, but otherwise we will likely just let a friend or family member use the socks if they go and not worry about them coming back.

They have arcades with old-school games. They also offer axe throwing and something else. It seems like a cool place to hang out on the weekends.

They make you sign a waiver like every other place, but they really need it here because people get hurt! At the party, several of the kids' dads went on the slides. Two of them hit their noses hard, causing one of them to have a bloody nose. My son got a serious friction burn (picture included) on the pink slide. There is another one on his elbow. My son's friend also got one, but smaller. My daughter got a small one as well. My dad also got hurt at the Slick City in Dallas. Avoid the pink slide! Wear long sleeves and pants to avoid friction burns. My son has been in significant pain all week.

With temperatures over 110 degrees outside, I was also very grateful for someplace indoors where he could climb, jump, zip line and burn off all that wonderful kid energy. What I did not expect was how impressed I would be with the people. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like we belonged there. Feyi, the team member at the front desk, made sure we had everything we needed and knew exactly where to go. Throughout the facility, team members were attentive, engaged and, most importantly to this grandmother, clearly focused on safety. Watching my grandson carefully harnessed before flying through the air above my head made me very happy! I also had the pleasure of meeting Maria, the manager, and clearly understood where that culture comes from. We had a wonderful conversation about her team, their birthday parties, training, safety and the importance of making sure every child has a great experience. She told me that whether they're incredibly busy or having a quieter day, the expectation is the same: be focused, be present and take care of the people who are there. When my grandson was going on the Sky Rider, my curiosity peaked. What would happen if a child was excited to go on and then...wasn't. One team member told me that there are children who can't wait to go on...until their feet leave the platform and they suddenly realize they're actually hanging in the air. She described how she calmly and carefully brings them back when they're not quite ready. That little story told me a lot about the people working there. I've lived in Southlake longer than Urban Air has been here, yet this was my first visit. My grandson walked in like a regular, and somehow they made me feel like one too. Whether your children already know every corner of Urban Air or you're walking through the doors for the very first time, you're in good hands. Awesome location: space and so much potential, but also a lot of competition in the area. Highly recommend steep discounts to get people in the doors, and post information by the attractions for when they will be updated, conveying the vision and message can go a long way.

Was a fairly quick drive via I-35, & my map app took me to the correct location. Staff is so friendly AND teach classes, or, like for me, they will give you a 2-3 minute refresher before you start. You rent a target at the range ($15 in March 2024), & you can rent a compound bow and arrows ($20 each in March 2024) that are honestly in really good shape. The range's targets are well spaced. They even have axe throwing in another area, if you're into that. They also have high-top tables and chairs for friends/family to sit and 4 big tvs on the wall for those not shooting. TIP: When you arrive for archery, go to the building on your left when you park (marked "Event Center" and "A") bc the building on the right is for game processing. I definitely will return!
