Park around back. This place is in a little old house along a busy street. We had a large group (10) so we got a great price on Groupon! It was only $12 each. They have two rooms, one holds 8 ppl the other 10 ppl max. They room itself was cheaply made, but not horrible. This was my 3rd escape room, some are nicer than others. The room we did had an escape rate of 15%!!! Our odds of escaping were not great! We did NOT escape, but still had fun trying! This is one of the best Panic rooms I have been to! Super cute theme, loved our "game master" Kristi, and I liked how it was in a smaller location. Allowed lots of bonding between our group, no distractions. The puzzles were incredibly challenging, and we truly had to think outside the box (and we needed a few hints). Every part of the cabin fever experience was so fun - each puzzle was unique, and had us thinking like crazy! There were physical and electronic components which was great. *spoiler* We loved the video game part. Not a great experience at all. I've tried several escape rooms in the DFW area. First our room was booked by someone else when we arrived. The people in that were already in our room had to be kicked out due to their error. The attendant had to come in and restage our room several times. The attendant was not professional at all and chose to blame previous employees for the poor staging and the booking issue. We escaped the room with 30 minutes to spare because it was so poorly put together. I do not recommend this room escape considering there are many others in the DFW area that are put together much better. read more

Cons: Bad part of town, barebones with minimal decor, no immersion into the storyline, no timer to see how much time you have left, most of the puzzles were combination locks, very HOT & stuffy rooms in the middle of winter, one of the puzzles not working properly & just opened. We did the cabin fever room. After experiencing 6 escape rooms previously, I can say with confidence this is by far the worst. The clues were not well connected to the solution which made solving elements in the room not fun. There were no novel or new or fun things in the room to keep people interested. Just a lot of frustrated people trying to solve puzzles that didn't make sense for no pay off. The red herrings were numerous and unnecessary making it difficult to sequence the puzzles. It wasn't as aesthetically pleasing but it was still a lot of fun and I enjoyed the multiple rooms and having to go back and forth. My son and I did cabin fever. We love doing escape room challenges together...or at least we did until this one. We were the only two to sign up for that time so we had to do it ourselves. It took us about ten minutes digging through all the clues to solve the first puzzle. The second puzzle we got stuck and eventually had to ask for help which we usually prefer to not do. The third puzzle had contradictory wording so we had to ask for a clue again but unfortunately the clue didn't help us. It was already information we had. So we spent the last half hour stuck and eventually trying to work on other puzzles. However, at the end, the employee explained the next dozen steps and the whole thing is linear. If you get stuck on the third step like us, there isn't anything else you can do. I would have thought we were stupid if we hadn't had success with other escape rooms. Unfortunately, being stuck for most of the time and unable to progress was extremely frustrating fo both of us. read more

The escape room is located inside a remodeled home, which was a first a little off putting but turned out alright. The room is linear which is a bit frustrating since we had to wait on clues to be solved before we could move forward. This is my third panic room and honestly it was somewhat the least decorated but overall has the most potential of them all. Props wise is very interactive I've had and very cool but the room we first went into was not decorated as much. On the plus side there was actually multiple rooms for the room theme we did not which no other ones I've been to have had they before. On some clues honestly could be misleading or can be lost in the rush of trying to get out, but luckily our operators chance, Stephan, and Danny made it a more smooth experience on the rough edges of the room. I know in the near future this panic room will develop and be more refined and I look forward to come back again! read more

We did the human trials room- VERY bare bones. The hints are linear (the entire group has to work one puzzle at a time and if you're stuck there is nothing else to do). The clues are strange and there were several puzzles in our room that the staff later told us were left over from an earlier room...so we wasted a lot of our time trying to figure out useless puzzles. The light was broken so they propped a door open to the hallway (not much incentive to "escape") totally ruining the immersion. Take your $ to a different escape room! read more

I had high hopes for this because I visited the Lubbock location prior. I would give this a 4/10 because I did have fun overall, but only because I brought great friends and not because of the room itself. Several props throughout the room were clearly damaged or broken--and to be honest every time something broke in front of us it ruined the immersion aspect of the game. Additionally, there was no ominous music playing in the background, no timer, and the clues were texted to us on our phones. It just really didn't seem well thought out. read more

So first and foremost I want to give a shot out to Brandi, hard worker, and cool, and was a pretty damn good game master for the games. Now for the place itself, first I'll be honest it being in a house gave me the creeps pretty bad, but when you get in it is much different, we did both of the rooms here, now I have done quite a few escape the rooms before this, and after this but I can honestly say it was not among my favorites, I felt like the rooms were a little disjointed and they had a lot of red herrings that had nothing to do with anything, and while I get the reason why, but it got to a point, my other issue is walkie talkies, having to ask for clues over a walkie drove me nuts, cause explaining stuff sometimes is not easy when you are pressed for time. The other issue is that these rooms are not more professionally made at least not at this location so somethings kinda fell apart a little bit when you did things. Overall I would deff tell people to check it out especially if you haven't done a lot of rooms, I think doing so many and seeing a lot of super professional rooms has jaded my view on this room. read more

This was my first time doing an escape room and we had a great time. We went as a team bonding experience. It's in an old home and not the best part of town, but still enjoyable.
