From the moment we arrived, our entire group was treated with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Coordinating an event for 30 people can be difficult, but The Grapevine Escape handled it seamlessly. Everyone had an amazing time, and people were still talking about their rooms afterward. It failed to respond even when the correct books were pulled. Our guide did confirm this was a room error, and it prevented us from completing the game. It was disappointing that we weren't able to pause our time to have the mechanical error fixed and progress with the game or receive an offer to retry the experience in a functional room.
