Dirty/Smelly - lobby very dirty. Do not think it has ever been vacuumed. Did not want to sit or touch anything. Smell like toilet overflowed - the smell was overwhelming. Escape room itself was good. Would be more helpful if the website listed the level of difficulty. It is not much fun to do a difficult one if you have never done one before.

When Zelda, Final Fantasy, Super Mario, and Silent Hill/Resident Evil aren't enough. Pros Challenges Group Interactions Cleanliness Atmospheres Cons Time Restraints Clues There are a number of these places scatter around the city but this one in particular is very interesting. Since there are a number of challenges it allows people to work together as a group to solve a number of puzzles. They are challenging on a number of levels except physically. It forces you think critically the entire time. For the searching and hunting for clues. These places are relatively clean without specs of dust on anything. Each room is a different scenario which fits the atmosphere perfectly. Time restraints cause people to act a certain way. Since each room gives only 60 seconds it helps people stay focused and not stray away from their goals. Also the increased pressure can be overwhelming to some. Periodically people receive clues as to what to do next, they can either help the game or make it really easy depending on people's weight.

I volunteered to help plan our team outing & this is where we ended up. We the escape room called "the Agency" online which is set for 10 people. We were told if we needed to add additional people onto this party, we could pay for 2 additional tickets when checking in. We didn't use this feature as we had 10 people. but something for everyone else to think about. This place is upstairs in a plaza but for the most part, easy to find. We entered and were greeted and requested to fill out some basic information about ourselves. Make sure you enter in your real email, as they send you a group picture at the end using that email. Once the room was ready, we walked in and were greeted with a heatwave. The room which we'd be spending the next 45mins in was hot as hell. I had on a fleece like hoodie which had to quickly come off within the first 10 minutes of the escape room. I've been in some escape rooms were you get x amount of hints & they are only given when requested. Unfortunately, they were watching us on the camera and any time we appeared stuck they would just provide us with a clue on the big screen. Bitter sweet. Some of the things we never would've figured out without hints, while other stuff we may have found in due time. Overall, the hints are useful and the escape room really made us think. What I can't get over, is how hot is was in that room. We all had lil beads of sweat on our foreheads because it was so uncomfortable.

We tried to be bank robbers

We did the Western Bank Heist room, it was really hard. Our room was full, there was 10 of us. I was with my daughter, there was a couple also and then a family. We enjoyed the room and struggled so hard but the heist room isn't beginner level and this was me and my daughter's very first bank robbery. We didn't solve all the clues to escape the room but we definitely had fun!

We are excited to try the "Agency"

The host and staff were very energetic and enthusiastic, which added to the fun. I'd absolutely recommend for a team building event, or other type of gathering - birthday parties, friend groups, the like. This is especially great for groups - we had 30-40 people.

This was actually fun. Like, people were genuinely into it, competitive in a good way, and laughing the whole time. What really makes the experience is the host and assistant. They absolutely commit to the bit and make it feel like you're on a real game show. That energy is everything, and they nailed it. The whole concept only works if they sell it and they 100% delivered. The session ran right at an hour, which felt perfect. No dragging, no awkward downtime just a clean, high-energy experience start to finish. Only heads up: drink options are pretty limited, and definitely grab everything you want before going into the game room. They say you can step out, but once things get going, there's really no natural break to do that. Overall, easy 5/5. Would absolutely do this again especially for group events. They have a few different "scenarios" to experience.

As an escape room lover, this place really disappointed…read more This review will explain why without giving away any spoilers. In the mafia themed escape room: - one of the compartments was stuck, meaning we couldn't get the next clue even though we did the clue correctly. When we talked to the manager, she said that the drawer gets stuck and they have to push the drawer in hard to get it to close. At that point, isn't that a sign to fix the sticky compartment?? - one of the flashlights was dying so it was difficult to properly complete one of the clues. - the set up of one of the clues is not clear, and once you mess it up, you're kind of screwed for the final clue. - The most unforgivable disappointment was that two of the props were switched. The wrong one was laid out, and the one meant to be laid out was locked away in a box, meaning the code was wrong, so we couldn't get the clue and the code made no sense. More detailed disappointments my group and I noticed but might be particular to just us: - no sound cues. Usually in all other escape rooms we've done, there's at least a sound that indicates that you got the clue, something opened, or a light turned on or off. If you're in 3 rooms at once with a small number of people (we only had 4), then it's extremely difficult to understand that one clue led to the next hint in a different room. - not all the clues are super relevant to the theme and felt kind of gimmicky, which was a bit of a bummer. - the game master didn't seem very enthusiastic. Part of the experience is to feel immersed in the situation, but being flatly explained what's going on (which we already read in the description) didn't feel like we were leaving behind the real world and entering into our story. - the walls are so thin! The walkie talkie to connect with the game master was dying/cutting out frequently, but we could actually hear them clearly through the walls. Additionally, we could hear their conversations and their laughter in all three rooms we were there. This place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because it doesn't seem like they made the story themselves, so they can't be blamed for the story itself. The game master read one of the keys for the clues to us from a manual, but couldn't explain more in depth because "that was all that was given in the packet." Also, the escape room game themes are pretty unique; I haven't ever seen or heard of a mafia escape room, so that was interesting. I can't really say I recommend this place, or maybe it's just this room. RIP my money.

Not a fan of this particular escape room. A few things to note:…read more 1. Staff was nice but minimally trained and really struggled to run the room. 2. Much of the "challenge" of our room came from having to struggle to guess what clues went to what. All combination locks were four or five digit number locks and there were a substantial number of red herrings. Often, puzzles could not be solved without leaps of logic or re-using old clues. I would rather the difficulty have come from more puzzles than simply trying to confuse the players. 3. The room was quite small, even for four people, and yet could be booked for substantially more. Unfortunately, compared to other escape rooms, I don't find this one to be particularly good. Can't recommend.

We did the Zombie themed escape room. We finished with a few minutes left, with a little help from Laurel. It's hard to review these because I don't want to give things away. The good: Laurel the manager. Clues that didn't just give you the answer, just steered you towards the thing ya overlooked. Not too hard of a room. I would sad mid level difficultly. Great production value. Variety of different puzzles to hunt. When time was running out Laurel didn't make us suffer, she let us know we already had what we were looking for and somehow put back down. Never over detailed with the clues. The not perfect: No red herrings, nothing extra in the room, what you need and is puzzle related almost stands out. But maybe not to all? WE WILL BE BACK!
