I cannot say enough amazing things about Katie! She did an absolutely wonderful job on my extensions - the install was seamless, the color is perfect, and the cut looks gorgeous. On top of that, she did my eyebrows and a Brazilian wax, and everything turned out flawless. Katie is not only incredibly talented, but she also makes you feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming - such a relaxing place to be. If you're looking for someone who truly knows her craft and will make you feel amazing when you walk out the door, go see Katie. Everybody should experience her work! read more

Went for both haircut followed up by root touch up and I love my hair! Both Izzy & Katie did a great job and really listened to me while guiding me on ideas to consider when it came to length, toner and upkeep. The salon is super cute and cozy and parking is no issue at all. Can't wait to go back. read more

Today I got a spray tan from Sabrina, she was absolutely amazing, very thorough, and communicated with me through the whole process. The owner was present and was so kind. The whole energy of the salon was so great and I'll absolutely be back! read more

I am only posting this so someone else doesn't have the same experience getting their haircut with Katie that I did. I saw them on Vagaro and Groupon and they had great reviews so I went in for a trim for my long layers. Katie and I spoke and I made it clear I didn't want anything but a refresh and absolutely no thinning of my hair. Fast forward to starting to cut & she sits down on a stool behind me and cuts directly across. No blending of layers, never pulled it to the front to see if it all matched, had me tilting my head all sorts of ways that I've never had at the salon. When she finished my hair was curled and there was so much product in my hair that I couldn't really tell just how much she thinned and butchered my hair until I washed it the next day. I finally got into a trusted hair dresser who fixed it today and she said none of it was even, it was multiple different lengths everywhere, and it looked like someone who didn't know how to cut hair at all was trying to pass as competent. I've been debating posting this review at all, but as someone who spent forever trying to grow their hair out I would hate to have this happen to someone else. Don't trust a Groupon hair deal, spend the extra $$ where you normally go and avoid getting your haircut here. read more

Izzy does my hair and she is great! I love how the salon is almost one stop shop salon. They also give good head massage and fast service

I got my hair trimmed by Izzy and she was great! I was able to book an appointment with a quick turnaround and the trim was very reasonably priced. The salon was clean, and I appreciated the complimentary hair wash and style. read more

I got a lash lift about a month ago. It looked great when I left and I followed all of the aftercare instructions. By day 3, I had white heads on both of my eye lids which has never happened in my life. My eyes themselves felt like they had chemicals in them for a few days after. My lashes didn't stay how they were when I left the appointment. I purposely made sure to sleep on my back as to not mess them up while sleeping. My lashes now are breaking, going every which way and I've lost a lot of them. I loved my lashes before I got the lift and got the lift just to define them more but now I'm really self conscious of my lashes and regret ever doing it. My service provider never once mentioned using Castro oil the week after my appointment and the business owner just now told me I should have been doing so. That seems like an important thing to mention. read more

Today I visited for an eyelash lift and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff Ky M was incredibly welcoming and professional. Plus she has the BEST smile she lights up the room. The salon is clean, modern, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. On Saturdays they have a farmers market walking distance. The technician Ky was very attentive to detail, ensuring that my lashes were lifted and tinted to perfection. The results were amazing--my lashes look longer, fuller, and the tint really made my eyes pop without needing mascara! I highly recommend Ky for anyone looking to enhance their lashes--I'll definitely be returning! read more

I have been itching to change up my hair since my previous colors were overgrown. I came across Suzys work and reached out! She was immediately so sweet and communicative- i wasnt sure exactly what i wanted done so she suggested full highlights. since my previous hair color was blue, we decided to try and go for a warmer tone to change it up-- sunnier hair colors for sunnier days ahead :). My appointment was at 12pm and she greeted me and we instantly connected! We walked thru the vision in person before jumping in. Once the process started i already noticed how thoughtful she was making sure she was careful with the bleach application. there was no burning sensation which is always a win. Other places ive been to have made my scalp burn before from poor bleach application but i felt so comfortable here. She was so easy to talk to and although the process took a while (full highlights always do!) we had so much fun getting to know each other and talking practically nonstop. When we would move to the rinse station, she was again sooo thoughtful and gentle making sure no water gets into my ears or shirt etc. she even gave me a nice head massage which i dont get at other places! it was a nice touch. :) As every bleaching session, it was truly a trust the process type of moment. Finally, after toning the results were in!!! she gave me a nice blowout and curled my hair too!! and gave me a trim. The ashy brown highlights turned out SO GOOD! i am sooo happy. the colors are definitely giving warm sunny weather and im so excited for that. it was truly a great price for the results I got. Im so so so happy i met Suzy and im looking forward to future visits when i need to change it up. I also learned she offers so many other services so im excited to try those as well! I left with good hair and a new friend :) read more

Suzy is absolutely AMAZING! Not only did I find the best lash lift specialist in town, but I also met someone who is so genuine and down to earth. The hour flew by--it was such a relaxing experience! She even squeezed me into her busy schedule, which I really appreciated. I've been getting lash lifts for years, and this was by far the best one I've ever had. Suzy is super knowledgeable, and she makes you feel completely comfortable and welcomed from start to finish. I can't recommend her enough! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! Booked a last minute appointment with Isabel and she was amazing. She took great care of my hair and made sure I liked my cut! The salon is on the smaller side, but has the cutest decor. Compared to other salons in the area, I definitely prefer this one. Parking is a breeze, service is fast, and everyone here is so nice. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Suzy is quite literally one of the nicest people I have ever met. If you want chill and relaxing experience while getting pampered, look no further! Prices are great and the quality is ALWAYS fabulous. I originally went for my wedding but have not been able to stop! Short and dirty, Do it for yourself and your welcome My Wife bought me a Groupon for lamination & tint cause I was interested. So this is an official Groupon Win! I had Suzy K. as my technician and had a lovely experience. She was polite and professional so no shock that she is the owner. The salon was cute and clean. If you paid attention, you could see cleaning supplies strategically placed to continuous touch ups. If it is your first experience with this treatment (as it was for me) just trust the process. Day of, you will look like you had a fight with a sharpie...and lost But after your first face wash (which you have to wait 24 hours for) it is like Jesus himself came down and gave me eternally perfect eyebrows for my corporeal life I will be back in 2 months to re-up cause now I'm spoiled and can never go back. Thank you Suzy! You the real MVP. read more

5 Stars are not enough! I was a new customer and contacted Suzy for a last minute spray tan before leaving on a trip. she did not have an opening but out of the kindness of her heart, she created a spot for me. This was my very first spray tan so I was a little nervous. She immediately put my mind at ease. She was so friendly and such a professional, explaining each step along the way. I couldn't have asked for better results! I highly recommend Suzy and look forward to seeing her again in the future. read more

Amazing service by Suzy! I came in for only a haircut but ended up getting a color touch up. She was able to accomodate me and I didn't feel rushed at all. I will definitely be going back to her! And on top of it, the price was amazing! Usually i'm quoted 3x what I paid with Suzy. Really appreciate the time and care she took to make my hair beautiful! read more

I've come here twice for a gel manicure and they've lasted 2 to 3 weeks which was great throughout the holiday season! Highly recommend them for those! Krystal also gave me some really great color recs that I normally wouldn't have gotten and I loved how they turned out! -1 star as I got the regular manicure for the first time and it didn't last for more than 24 hours. I did have a nail that cracked the night of and they were kind enough to repair at no charge which I very much appreciated. I asked why my nail polish had started chipping so quickly and they said regular manicures don't usually last for more than day, if that, which felt kind of wasteful. Overall, service is great! They really care about their clients and making an appointment is super easy. I use Yelp and always get a response really quickly! read more

Nails with Risha: I used a Groupon for a gel mani & a pedicure. Called and booked an appt. a couple of days in advance and it was easy. They have you fill out light paperwork when you arrive, and then you're helped right away. Risha did an amazing job on my nails and gave great suggestions with the colors, and was gentle. She used a regular buffer instead of the electric buffer before gel, so my nails didn't suffer. I waited a few weeks before posting this, so I can give an honest review of the quality, with pictures. I was surprised that my toe polish chipped less than a week later since it usually lasts longer for me. On the other hand, the gel polish lasted through the full 3 weeks, and is barely beginning to lift. Definitely check this place out and ask for Risha! read more

BEWARE most of the reviews are form previous owner. New owner is very different! This place is the worst. Staff is rude. Management is rude. You never know when they are open or closed it changes monthly sometimes weekly. Same with the hours different every day changes every week. You would think you could call but they don't answer the phone. Constantly under new management. Never the same person working more than once. When the turnover is so high, you know how bad the place is to get services done or to work there. When I let the manager know what was going on, I was told to NEVER RETURN. As you can see from the owners response they do not care. read more

Still loving the friendly service. Deanna, the owner is always so responsive to my appointment requests and questions via the Yelp app. I hope to meet her someday. The ladies in the salon are so patient and take their time to make sure they get it right with my special design requests. He only things that caused the docking of one star from a perfect rating is still the cramped space and the fact that i had to go for a return visit for a gel nail that didn't cure, however, the service was still an A+! read more

Went in for tanning and stayed for ALL the other services. Broke and browless Horrible brows Horrible experience Horrible customer service How does a microbladed/microneedled eyebrow tattoo only last 10 days?? I know they are semi-permanent but 10 days! 10 DAYS!! Absolutely unacceptable! Not only am I out a lot of money but I have nothing to show for it plus leah shaved off over half my eyebrows. I'm utterly embarrassed of the way they look and she should be embarrassed of her work! leah did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Her response was per my 12 page contract...bla bla bla...... not my problem...bla bla bla Find yourself a better, more reputable tech that stands by their work and is proud of their work. leah is unprofessional, a horrible brow tech and needs a little lesson in customer service.  If you want to go broke and browless then head to this fine establishment.
