I am only posting this so someone else doesn't have the same experience getting their haircut with Katie that I did. I saw them on Vagaro and Groupon and they had great reviews so I went in for a trim for my long layers. Katie and I spoke and I made it clear I didn't want anything but a refresh and absolutely no thinning of my hair. Fast forward to starting to cut & she sits down on a stool behind me and cuts directly across. No blending of layers, never pulled it to the front to see if it all matched, had me tilting my head all sorts of ways that I've never had at the salon. When she finished my hair was curled and there was so much product in my hair that I couldn't really tell just how much she thinned and butchered my hair until I washed it the next day. I finally got into a trusted hair dresser who fixed it today and she said none of it was even, it was multiple different lengths everywhere, and it looked like someone who didn't know how to cut hair at all was trying to pass as competent. I've been debating posting this review at all, but as someone who spent forever trying to grow their hair out I would hate to have this happen to someone else. Don't trust a Groupon hair deal, spend the extra $$ where you normally go and avoid getting your haircut here. read more

I got a lash lift about a month ago. It looked great when I left and I followed all of the aftercare instructions. By day 3, I had white heads on both of my eye lids which has never happened in my life. My eyes themselves felt like they had chemicals in them for a few days after. My lashes didn't stay how they were when I left the appointment. I purposely made sure to sleep on my back as to not mess them up while sleeping. My lashes now are breaking, going every which way and I've lost a lot of them. I loved my lashes before I got the lift and got the lift just to define them more but now I'm really self conscious of my lashes and regret ever doing it. My service provider never once mentioned using Castro oil the week after my appointment and the business owner just now told me I should have been doing so. I have been itching to change up my hair since my previous colors were overgrown. I came across Suzys work and reached out! She was immediately so sweet and communicative- i wasnt sure exactly what i wanted done so she suggested full highlights. since my previous hair color was blue, we decided to try and go for a warmer tone to change it up-- sunnier hair colors for sunnier days ahead :). My appointment was at 12pm and she greeted me and we instantly connected! We walked thru the vision in person before jumping in. Once the process started i already noticed how thoughtful she was making sure she was careful with the bleach application. there was no burning sensation which is always a win. Other places ive been to have made my scalp burn before from poor bleach application but i felt so comfortable here. She was so easy to talk to and although the process took a while (full highlights always do!) we had so much fun getting to know each other and talking practically nonstop. When we would move to the rinse station, she was again sooo thoughtful and gentle making sure no water gets into my ears or shirt etc. she even gave me a nice head massage which i dont get at other places! it was a nice touch. :) As every bleaching session, it was truly a trust the process type of moment. Finally, after toning the results were in!!! she gave me a nice blowout and curled my hair too!! and gave me a trim. The ashy brown highlights turned out SO GOOD! i am sooo happy. the colors are definitely giving warm sunny weather and im so excited for that. it was truly a great price for the results I got. Im so so so happy i met Suzy and im looking forward to future visits when i need to change it up. I also learned she offers so many other services so im excited to try those as well! BEWARE most of the reviews are form previous owner. New owner is very different! This place is the worst. Staff is rude. Management is rude. You never know when they are open or closed it changes monthly sometimes weekly. Same with the hours different every day changes every week. You would think you could call but they don't answer the phone. Constantly under new management. Never the same person working more than once. When the turnover is so high, you know how bad the place is to get services done or to work there. When I let the manager know what was going on, I was told to NEVER RETURN. I've come here twice for a gel manicure and they've lasted 2 to 3 weeks which was great throughout the holiday season! Highly recommend them for those! Krystal also gave me some really great color recs that I normally wouldn't have gotten and I loved how they turned out! -1 star as I got the regular manicure for the first time and it didn't last for more than 24 hours. I did have a nail that cracked the night of and they were kind enough to repair at no charge which I very much appreciated. I asked why my nail polish had started chipping so quickly and they said regular manicures don't usually last for more than day, if that, which felt kind of wasteful. Overall, service is great! They really care about their clients and making an appointment is super easy. I use Yelp and always get a response really quickly! read more

They have you fill out light paperwork when you arrive, and then you're helped right away. Risha did an amazing job on my nails and gave great suggestions with the colors, and was gentle. She used a regular buffer instead of the electric buffer before gel, so my nails didn't suffer. I waited a few weeks before posting this, so I can give an honest review of the quality, with pictures. I was surprised that my toe polish chipped less than a week later since it usually lasts longer for me. On the other hand, the gel polish lasted through the full 3 weeks, and is barely beginning to lift. Definitely check this place out and ask for Risha! read more

I walked in on a Saturday, when they were technically closed, and the owner took her personal time to go over all the different tanning options to get me vacation ready.
