I'll continue to drive all the way out to Concord for my eyebrow threading services. The lady recommended I get a wax being that I only wanted to clean the area because I do have micro shading on my brows. When I walked out, I looked and there was still some hair that she did not clean up and missed. I didn't feel like going back because I was in a rush that day. For the price I paid I expected neat clean brows. I won't be going back.

I honestly cannot recommend Jaleesa Aesthetics enough!…read more I drove from a few hours away because I was so excited to get my lashes done, and even though there were some unexpected delays at the beginning due to traffic and a busy schedule, she handled everything with so much kindness and professionalism. I expressed my concerns, and instead of brushing them off, she listened, communicated with me, and we came to a resolution that I was completely happy with. Things happen, and the way she handled the situation honestly showed how much she cares about her clients. Going into my first lash appointment, I honestly expected the worst because so many of my friends have had painful experiences or left with damaged lashes. This experience was the complete opposite. She walked me through everything she was doing, explained proper aftercare, and even educated me on what a quality lash appointment should look like. I never felt left wondering what was happening. Her studio is so welcoming, and she made me feel incredibly comfortable the entire time. I was feeling a little queasy during my appointment, and she checked on me, offered me water, snacks, and bathroom breaks whenever I needed them. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. I was getting my lashes done before my trip to Spain, and she absolutely gave me the perfect look. They had that "wow" factor without looking overdone. You can tell she's incredibly experienced, skilled, and passionate about what she does. I was also worried the lash glue would burn my eyes because I'd heard so many horror stories, but it didn't burn at all (actually fell asleep lol) during the appointment! It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. It's been almost a month now, and I am still amazed by the retention. I've followed her aftercare guide exactly, and my lashes still look incredible. I get compliments on them all the time. My boyfriend loves them, everyone loves them, and most importantly, I absolutely love them. She's not only talented but also so sweet and fun to talk to, which made the whole appointment fly by. I'll definitely be coming back. If you're thinking about booking, do it you won't regret it.
