The waiting room is a good size with benches to wait your turn. I walked in and was unfamiliar with the process. I was greeted warmly, but wasn't given any direction on what to do. I saw that there was a signup sheet and I filled that out. It seemed like a popular place to go to because the waiting room was filled for a Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get my threader's name, but she was sweet! I asked her if she can try to match my left brow to my right brow. I know brows aren't identical twins, more so like distant cousins, but it would be nice for them to look like siblings at least. She took her time to match them up as much as she can. In all, I think I would go back! It's close enough to work where I could go quickly on my lunch break. They're decently priced. And they're efficient!
