I found out about the Luxe Loft from getting my hair done at Luxe Beauty Bar. I go to Lisa for my brow lamination, tint, and wax (and facials!). Lisa is so knowledgeable and is always up to date with the latest products. She makes you feel super comfortable and her work is fantastic. My lamination lasts for over a month and the tint for about a month. Also, the wax smells so good & is for sensitive skin. She also got me onto the Geneo facial which cleared out my pores and hydrated them at the same time! Highly recommend this place! read more

I heard about eye brow lamination on instagram and stumbled upon The Luxe Loft and Netanya while doing some research for my barely there brows. I hesitated booking at first because I have never done anything like this before but after a few days I looked back at Netanya's schedule and saw she was booked out for another week so I bit the bullet and booked the next available. Her website is incredibly easy to navigate as well. Loved it. I went there last Wednesday.. at first I had a little trouble finding the place (tip: it is the small white building to the left of Meadowlark). But I called Netanya and she helped me find it. Once we got started, I felt very at ease. She did was friendly and nice to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable even when I was nervous. She did the lamination, wax, and tint for my brows as well as a lash lift. It took a little less than 2 hours. she is very patient and detail oriented. She made sure I was getting everything that I wanted and shaped my brows perfectly. I do have to say though, I was really scared in the middle of the process because with brows being freshly laminated and having tint, you may end up looking like Jim's Dad but rest assured Netanya will not leave you looking like that! Lol now I know why lamination videos usually just show before and after! I am almost a week in and I really love my brows. I made an appointment with Netanya Lynn and the day of my appointment I hit traffic and notified her. First she forgot she booked me for a different time and still tried to blame it on my misunderstanding the dates and then said she has time for one service when I needed both for my wedding week. She ended up telling me only one service can be done day of appointment and other service different day. She is the most ruthless and unprofessional individual I've met. Do not trust or go to her. This review is for Danielle. I had one appointment with her and it was the worse decision. I was scheduled for brow lamination and lashes. She isn't professional at all. Every time she left the room, I could overhear her laughing and making jokes about the prior customers that day. How they didn't tip enough and had horrible looking clients to work magic on. I didn't like any of the services she did after I was done. She didn't sanitize anything as I watched. She was breathing all over my head and face. I also had another girl there scar my brow from waxing. This place isn't even a professional working business, it's more like a girls sorority gone wild. They dress so provocative and treat customers like crap especially when rebooking for future events unless you too high. read more

I love going to see Ella for my lashes! She is so sweet and soothing. I have been seeing her for about 3 months now and every times my lashes always look amazing. Great retention and I never have any issues. I go see her every 2-3 weeks for my fills and even went 4 weeks one time and still had lots of lashes.
