Amazing work by Wendy! These partial highlights were done with no bleach. She was able to adjust the color halfway through as it was too bright and needed to be toned down. Super happy with the results! read more

I'd a very good experience in Salon 645 with Mr. Joseph J. With professional skills, he helped me have a cute Bob haircut. Beyond this, he was nicely share knowledge and give recommendation on choosing hairstyle, and share information on taking care of hair and maintain hairstyle, and with product. In addition, he is so nicely to provide me haircut before I figure out my Groupon voucher problem, and give me time to figure it out. Thanks Joseph! read more

I am a repeat customer now ! I am in love! First time visiting the salon. I saw a Groupon deal, but I ended up reaching out to them directly just to see the place and get a sense. Joe (Joseph Jabsi) is everything you could ask for in a hairdresser. He knows his craft - he expresses his opinion about what type of hairdo would accentuate your features, as well made a lot of recommendations as to how to take care of my hair. He gave me the best haircut best highlights, and lowlight and a hair cut! On top of it, he is a delightful person to talk to. I literally put my phone away and enjoyed my experience with him for hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOE! PS I have curtly hair that I like to use straight once in a while. I have a Mediterranean hair - all of it is complex. read more

Wendy is wonderful! Went in for a keratin treatment and trim - and truly got a trim (I've had my hair chopped off involuntarily more times than I can count). She is professional, kind, and very honest! Nice chill vibe in the salon too - and lovely snacks & water to boot. I'm so happy to have found someone I can trust who does an amazing job!! read more

Salon 645 - After Keratin! - Hair Salons Near Me - Pleasanton, California

Worst experience ever with Joseph! Unprofessional and shady guy! Dirty place no cleaning scissors or combs between clients and doesn't stick to the actual plan of cut and in the end just says ''it wouldn't have suit you if i did that!'' Please see how he blow drys hair and you will realize how shabby his work is. read more

Salon 645 has done it again! My daughter loathes her light red strawberry blonde locks, and she wanted to achieve a nice sunny blonde. The poor kid left a very pricey salon in Dublin with silver hair. :( Makayla is an expert at listening, achieving, and perfecting the exact color and desired tone. Her cut and blow out were also 5 star worthy. She doesn't cut off more hair than agreed upon. She has a very relaxed and friendly personality which puts customers at ease. What a huge improvement! Five Shining Stars for her favorite stylist! read more

It had been a long time since my last salon visit, and my hair was in terrible shape. But after five years of loyalty to Joe, I knew I was in good hands. He recommended a plan, which was the best advice I could have received. He gave me a color & baby highlights, a great cut, and a deep conditioning treatment. The next day, after washing my hair, the difference was miraculous! My hair felt healthier, looked amazing, and I couldn't be happier. Joe is a true artist! read more

Very happy with my first experience at Salon 645. I did a walk in. Had a great hair cut and deep conditioning treatment by Wendy who was super friendly and professional. Made me feel really comfortable and picked the right lengths for me when I was confused and I was happy with the outcome. She took my super frizzy, fried, dull hair and made it look really nice. Looking forward to a few more sessions of deep conditioning. Would highly recommend Wendy and Salon 645! read more

The salon is lovely it's very clean, has a nice vibe, and the staff is friendly as well, though the highlight for me is Josef Jabsi! After nearly a year of appointments with him, my hair has never looked better. I always leave feeling satisfied, as he consistently delivers the results I desire. Beyond that, he generously shares valuable tips for maintaining the health of my scalp and hair. As a busy mom of three, prioritizing self-care is essential, and Josef makes every visit a rewarding experience. read more

If you have long wavy hair do not let JJ touch ur hair. My hair was down to my butt and he cut it below my shoulder un even pulling on it tearing out my knots and asked me to comb my own hair out after highlights. Un even highlights. After I complained about my length he did Not want to finish my hair. SO I LEFT WITH UNEVEN LENGHT AND BOUTCHED UP HIGHLIGHT. JJ HAS AN ATTITUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

This review is for Jo Jabsi only; however employing someone this abrasive and rude sure says something about the quality of the salon. Zero stars is what he deserves. First off, he was 25 minutes late for my appointment then proceeded to tell me what would look good on me without listening to what I wanted. I was being guilt tripped into just wanting a trim and then scolded for not agreeing to his recommendations. From that moment on the abusive nature started. I can't even list out the rude comments he made towards me in the little time I had to spend with him, but I counted almost 6 different uncalled remarks about myself. He was downright rude, abrupt and a know it all. From his exterior appearance, you definitely couldn't trust or take advice about anything he recommended because he didn't represent himself well. He left my hair in what looked like I had stuck my finger in an electrical socket without even trying to make it look good. It was obvious he didn't care and went above and beyond to make you feel like complete SH$T about yourself. I was in and out in 45 minutes flat and had to go home and redo my whole head of hair. Do not waste your time going to this joke of a stylist. He needs to go to anger management and not work with the public .I should have went with my gut feeling about Jo after reading all his horrible reviews. How can anyone employ such a horrible human being is mind boggling to me. read more

I had my hair done by Joseph Jabsi and he did such a fantastic job! He told me exactly what I would benefit from and discussed my hair & scalps condition- we did a detox, deep conditioning, and cut. Practical car park right across the road, pleasant low key atmosphere. I felt listened to by Christi. I am currently growing a pixie into a shot shaggy bob so this is the awkward haircut to promote growth without looking like a mop.
