Location -- Plenty of parking in the plaza. It was little confusing where the front is but if you walk down the street, you'll see the sign up the flight of the stairs. Salon interior is super cute and modern. Cut -- I got a simple bob and Liza did a great job. Conversation flowed nicely and didn't feel forced. She was really sweet and listened to everything that I wanted and asked questions along the way to make sure I felt comfortable. When styling, she took her time to make sure it looked perfect. I loved how it came out and would definitely come back. Thank you Liza!

We had the initial consultation and I felt like she really listened. I wanted more blended cool tones and what I called "ponylights". Keema affirmed she understood what I wanted and told me I wanted lived in color. I definitely appreciated her for listening! After 4.5 hours in the chair, she miraculously transformed my hair. I also have to give her so much props for accommodating me while I was 33 weeks pregnant so she made sure I was hydrated and comfortable in the chair and at the wash station. She tightly curled my hair so that the next day, I would have loose curls for my baby shower event and one less thing to do. Thank you for the wonderful experience and can't wait for more self care sessions with Keema!

During my mid-length haircut, I showed her my inspo pic which had lots of layering and she then proceeded to tell me that my hair was not suited for layers which was my main intention for my haircut. I also have moderately wavy hair so layers would work for me. The haircut I received was long layers with a short trim which is not what I asked for. I will be coming back. During my second visit with another hairstylist, I asked for full length bangs and I instead got side bangs or curtain bangs.

Growing up, my salon experiences were wonderful...coffee, a fun time browsing the products, but over the last 10 years, things really changed. It became more of an in-and-out experience, and the service would cost $500+ for results that just weren't that great. Not only did I have a lovely time at your salon, greeted with big smiles and kindness, but the service was top-notch at an affordable price. My hair looks beautiful, I absolutely love my color and cut. True balayage style. Thank you so much again and please thank Alysha from me. I've already given her information to friends and family.

I showed various pictures( front, side, and back) to give Briana a good idea of what I wanted to achieve. My 17 year old daughter's only comment (who recently got her hair cut from another local stylist in Livermore, got a beautiful cut and style) is that it's just bad and walked away. I have had plenty of horrible experiences and haircuts before so it's safe to assume I was anxious about trying this new salon. Once again, lesson learned, go to your trusted salon and stylist. DO NOT RELY ON RATINGS ALONE. I've already made an appointment with my trusted hair stylist in Fremont to fix my hair. I'm willing to drive further out to see her after this sad experience! In response to Varina's review: You had a different experience than I did and it's great that you love your results. But, you had a different hairstylist. And as the owner of the salon, I expected Briana to deliver and she fell short of that. I couldn't wear my hair straight because the cut was uneven; I had no choice but to curl it to hide the imperfections. You cannot deny that my hair looks nothing like the pictures I showed Briana. Would I be willing to risk sitting there again to have her "fix" it when she couldn't deliver the haircut I wanted in the first place? So, while I appreciate your feedback, the pictures speak for themselves. I did call the salon and also left a voicemail on Brianna's cell phone explaining my issue and disappointment, so she was aware of it before I wrote this review.
