Went up north to visit my family and decided to check out glow house studio! Monica was my tan artist and she was super friendly and so welcoming. She made me feel extremely comfortable as well. The location is located inside a small gym which was pretty cool! The vibes super mellow and just warm. The tan color came out great! She did say that the color gets darker over time which I love. I had my first experience at Glow House Salon this weekend and honestly could not have had a better one. I called around 6:30pm on a Saturday last minute knowing full well I have a flight to catch in less than 24 hours fully expecting to be out of luck... but Jen, the owner, went completely above and beyond. The pre-service text message was super clear and Jennifer was so nice upon telling her this was my first ever spray tan! She recommended I start off with a Medium shade so I can see how I like it and adjust from there for my future spray tans. Flawless Spray Tan & Amazing Experience with Jennifer! I'm seriously blown away by how amazing my spray tan turned out -- all thanks to Jennifer! She was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was a little nervous going in (spray tans can be awkward, let's be real), but she immediately put me at ease. She walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made me feel 100% comfortable and safe. I did the rapid tan -- and honestly, I'll never do anything else again. Do the rapid tan always! You only have to keep it on for 3 hours (hence the name ), and who really wants to be wearing a tan for longer than that anyway? The results were perfection. I have very dry and sensitive skin, and usually that means patchy or uneven color. But Jennifer was on it -- she reminded me (lovingly but firmly ) to moisturize, moisturize, moisturize, and it made all the difference. My skin soaked it up and the tan turned out super smooth, even, and so natural-looking -- honestly, the best I've ever had. A few tips to prep: Shave and exfoliate before your appointment for the best results. Moisturize like crazy leading up to your tan -- it seriously helps. I promise! Bring or wear loose, baggy long sleeves and pants to throw on afterward. Jennifer even puts a fan on you and dusts you, so everything dries -- she's got every little detail down. Also, the tanning solution has no smell (blessing!) and I could actually breathe during my session. The whole experience was so relaxing and easy. Jennifer is responsive, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. I'm beyond thrilled with how it turned out and will 100% be going back -- and telling everyone I know.
