2nd time coming back, 1st time with Mandy. I absolutely loved her and she was so sweet. I'm sure all the staff are sweet but Mandy did a great job! I did the deeper tan that you only have to keep on between 2-4 hours and honestly it was perfect. I liked not having to wait longer but still get that nice deep tan. I kept mine on for about 2 hours and 40 min and it was perfect for me. I highly recommend going for special occasions or not! Mandy is amazing! This last session I had Tiffany do my spray tan and I absolutely loved her attention to detail to make absolutely sure that my spray tan was perfect. They care so much about making sure your tan looks good and tips for making it last. It always fades so naturally. I've been coming to Secretly Sunless for the past 2 years and just began going to the Pleasanton location because it's a beautiful, bright, beachy space that makes your feel pampered. I had one experience here and it went well. I scheduled for another session and called two hours ahead to ask for a later time. I was told come when you can. on the way I had a fender bender to my luck, I called Candace and she didn't pick up. I then got a text few minutes asking if I'm coming bevause she'll be closing by 5pm. before I could have the chance to respond and deal with the accident and exchanging of insurance information, I find out I was charged $56 for a cancellation fee. I never gave Candace my credit card information and was never told about a cancellation fee but if I was still coming or if I can come tomorrow. this is disgusting and unprofessional ethics from you Candace and I'll also report you to the better business bureau. I never gave you my card information or authority to charge. this is theft! no wonder the first time I came you went to the back room for awhile, it was probabky to track down my card info! wow scary! cheap people, cheap business! read more
