2nd time coming back, 1st time with Mandy. I absolutely loved her and she was so sweet. I'm sure all the staff are sweet but Mandy did a great job! I did the deeper tan that you only have to keep on between 2-4 hours and honestly it was perfect. I liked not having to wait longer but still get that nice deep tan. I kept mine on for about 2 hours and 40 min and it was perfect for me. I highly recommend going for special occasions or not! They care so much about making sure your tan looks good and tips for making it last. It always fades so naturally. I had one experience here and it went well. I scheduled for another session and called two hours ahead to ask for a later time. I was told come when you can. on the way I had a fender bender to my luck, I called Candace and she didn't pick up. I then got a text few minutes asking if I'm coming bevause she'll be closing by 5pm. before I could have the chance to respond and deal with the accident and exchanging of insurance information, I find out I was charged $56 for a cancellation fee. I never gave Candace my credit card information and was never told about a cancellation fee but if I was still coming or if I can come tomorrow. this is disgusting and unprofessional ethics from you Candace and I'll also report you to the better business bureau. I never gave you my card information or authority to charge. this is theft! no wonder the first time I came you went to the back room for awhile, it was probabky to track down my card info! wow scary! cheap people, cheap business! read more
