Moments later they came out to our car and corrected and told me they did in fact have the item. Customer service above and beyond. We struggled for some time to get it running and they were so patient with our car parked on the lot for hours as we worked through the ordeal. Kind patient and caring. This is the third time I've realized something like this has happened there. I also recently had an incident where I cashed in a $7 winning lottery ticket and also purchased several items. Realized later than night that she never applied the winning $7 towards my cash purchase.
