There are several things I look for in a gas station: 1 reasonable gas price... this location passed.. cheapest gas in town! 2 clean bathrooms... this location barely passed... bathrooms are not gross but could use a little attention! 3 good selection of drinks... this location passed... they have a good selection of soda, water, energy drinks and misc other stuff. 4 good selection of snacks... this location passed... they have all the basics. 5 easy checkout service... this location passed but I swear the majority of the employees are on something! So far out of it all the time! 6 bonus points none... it is a cramped little store with the basics. All that being said... again what is important?!? The price of the gas!! Dirty store floors sticky, smells, and overall neglect of cleaning the store in general ! The person at the register & Owner Paul whom verbalizes "I own 5 stores" questions why dirty cups were throw n away by this customer. The cups were sticky with obvious soda residue. Soda fountain was disgusting. Unsanitary and not safe for customers . A inspection should be conducted . I won't step in that location again! Paul clean your store! read more

This place is filthy. Garbage in the parking lot. Bathroom is terribly dirty. I didn't want to wash my hands in the sinks because it was black with dirt. I was watching the three guys behind the counter making the food without gloves on and then going to touch peoples cards and money. This 7-11 is very busy so it can get dirty and the staf is ok, not the nicest but ok. The restroom was clean but a bit dated. They do have a bunch if good snacks and beer. Super busy intersecrion so not too bad for the convienence. read more

PUMP 8 SPRAYS GAS EVERYWHERE. When I went in to tell them they said they were already aware. They knew and did nothing? The gas sprayed all over me and my car--my foot, shoe and leg were drenched. Not to mention my car. What a waste! Should have been a warning sign! read more

I had the most amazing trip to 7-11 I've ever had in my history of grabbing slurpees and candy over the last 37 years! I was able to take my two kiddos for the first time to partake in the amazing slurpeeee! It was so good. But what was even better was the service. Barbara really loves people. She renewed my hope in common courtesy and what great service looks like. She made connections with my kids and made them feel so special. Barbara Kong's to go back north to Montana some day soon. I pray she makes it back home to be near family. It would be awesome if 7-11 management would help her. She is the face of the store. Thanks to great management and a great hire. I never thought I'd be reviewing a gas station, let alone giving it a 5 star review. But surprisingly, this is one of the finest I've been to. Here's some of the perks of coming to this location: - Reasonable gas prices - CLEAN bathrooms & store! - Well-stocked - Food actually looks appetizing - Starbucks right next door - Friendly, cheerful employees - Great location at a convenient intersection I'm really glad this store got opened as it's on the way to the Stonehill shopping center, which I'm at pretty much every day. Now I never have to trek down Kelly Lane or brave Austin traffic to fill up for gas! Now I just need to buy a winning lottery ticket here and I'll be completely satisfied. read more

I really wanted this to be great but whomever does the hiring needs some instruction. Staff sit outside and smoke cigarettes, use vulgar language, have minimal training and all complain about their jobs. Morning, afternoon and night. I have had them tell me that their relief person didn't show up, I work at another store, their manager sucks and so on. A review about a 7-11?? I mean, it's "7-11." How can they screw up a 7-11? I have stopped at this particular store on my way home from the AUS airport on numerous occasions, at all times of the day and night. When it first opened, it was a beautiful store with attentive employees. . .what a 7-11 should be. Within the past 6 months however the store has done a face plant. The bathrooms. . well, I've seen cleaner restrooms at truck stops and rest areas. I mean, disgustingly dirty. . if these people working there are using these restrooms, and I assume they are, I would not eat a drop of hot food that they are preparing (not that I would anyway. . I mean, it's 7-11). Want a drink? A Big Gulp, perhaps? This is a 7-11 staple item. . .if you had your mind set on your drink of choice, you stand about a 50% chance of it being out. I've never seen this as often at any convenience store. Today was the topper however. . .middle of the day, walked into the store. . a handwritten sign on the drink dispenser. . "NO Ice!" Ok, seriously. . .you lose and have lost my business until you can fix the minor things like clean bathrooms and ICE. read more
