Callahan Pest Control then uses Insect Traps with gel inside that you can buy at the store for $5 a box for outdoor treatment. I had mice in my house and they never made an effort to fix the problem of how and where the mice were getting in. All Callahan's Pest Control did was come and dropped rat poison in the house for them to eat which led to a smelly dead mouse in basement. Callahan's Pest Control doesn't address the "real problem" of how the mice are getting in your house in the first place. They did not use glue traps or regular rat traps. I'm going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. You will be better off buying rat poison packets and insect gel packs yourself at the store. Make sure to put the rat poison packets on something that will collect all the poison debris when mice tear into them. Then insect bait traps with gel inside go outside on any ant trails. Or you could call a reputable Pest Control Company that actually uses wire mesh, inspects your gutters and walls for holes, uses sticky traps instead of poison, and actually sprays for pest outside with stuff you can't buy yourself in the store.

If you are reading this and you've discovered bed bugs in an early stage and it's not a big infestation yet, I highly recommend that you watch Mark Rober's bed bug video and follow it religiously. Buy bed bug traps for your bed, encase your bed in a high quality bed mattress cover, apply diatomaceous earth powder in a thin layer around your room (please wear a N95 mask and do your best not to inhale any of it), etc. Follow everything in that video before your bed bug problem becomes an infestation. Please watch that video. It will do you justice. If you caught your bed bug problem too late, you'll need a professional. In other words, not this guy.
