I resigned a contract with Orkin for services I had prior and all was good until they came out for the 1st treatment and advised my son who lives in a house off campus that the contract we signed is way too low in price and refused to treat the house. I called and manager refused to call me back, after 10 attempts and speaking to 10 different very nice ladies. At last After my last attempt he decides to call my son a 20 year and talked inappropriately to him advising him again that they will not honor the contract. I called again frustrated about the lack of calling me back an adult that signed the contract to deal with. But Brian only is man enough to deal with kids. I will be reporting him to corporate with no regards to how to deal with kids or honoring a contract... who is JOKER making his own rules. I was not home at the time and my wife put me on the phone with the tech who apologized and said "you were probably sent a confirmation via text or email. It looks like it's been a busy week for you though so no worries if you missed it". I did not, in fact, miss any confirmation, since none was sent. When I called Cowleys to inquire what happened, they said they don't actually confirm these visits - they just show up?? But then why would you knock on my door if you don't need anyone to be present? This is WILDLY unprofessional behavior - not just showing up unannounced with chemicals in a home with a newborn, but then trying to gaslight me for your lack of communication. The entire phone call felt like the rep was annoyed at me and she did absolutely nothing to help beyond adding me to a "list" where they would notify me to confirm future visits. I've received confirmation from them in the past, so I don't know what happened on their end, but I cancelled my service with the rep immediately. What a waste of money this whole ordeal was. I DO NOT recommend these people at all.

This visit was absolutely disappointing. The technician, Darryl who came did not call me with a 30…read moreminute heads up call, which seems to be standard for any appointment at the house. He did not clean off his boots and brought dirt into the house and is on the runner of my stairs. He did not really care when I mentioned this either. He did not have a ladder ready to bring inside because it was wet and on top of his vehicles so I had to get the ladder for him that I had. He left the floor dirty with insulation that came from the attic and didn't even offer to clean it up....didn't even acknowledge it. He left without saying goodbye...this whole visit was strange and I sent a note to complain. Laurie was very considerate and timely, but I don't think the same for the rest of the company. Her manager Matt does not care for follow up in customer complaints.

Next day, angry gopher trapped inside trap. Taken to forest area miles away and set free. Happy ending for all! Will use again.
