This car wash is simply the worst. I go to it from time to time because I live around the corner from it. But it is incredibly slow and there is always a line. I Went to this station tonight to get some gas. I don't normally have a car I do rentals and so I had to fill up the car so I went there with cash to pay. I handed The Man the cash he set me up at the pump and I went back and realized that I was being charged a higher price on the sign. The sign has two prices one for cash one for credit. The credit one I assumed was higher. The price of gas at the time tonight was 299 a gallon, and the credit price was 309. I paid I started to pump and I realized I was being charged 309 a gallon. I went back to the window and said hey isn't the cash price the cheaper one I think I'm getting charged the wrong price and he said to me: " no no! You're wrong it is the cash price is more expensive the credit debit price is cheaper cash more expensive! And slam the window down on me. I've never experienced that that the cash price is more expensive than the credit price. I don't believe it and I've had good experiences at the station at other times as a walk-in customer but this made me livid that I would be charged $.10 more a gallon based on a lie just so they can make more money. I live right down the street and the station is always busy there's always people here. I found it very upsetting. I gave it two stars because during the beginning of the Covid 19 crisis, these guys were open all night, every night, when even the 7-11s closed they were open and they did a really great job of serving the community. But most importantly, it did a lousy job leaving huge untouched spots on the back of the car and windows. No inside cleaning included. For the same price I had detailed cleaning in and out. The only reason I go to this station is because it's near where I live. I have bad experiences at the car wash where I was stuck between 2 vehicles that both the drivers left to who knows where. So get this. I go in there and get gas and gave them my pump number the Indian guy punches it in . I go out to my pump and my pump is not working. So I go back in there and the Indian guy says u pump gas already I said no I did not, he said you leave. I said are u kidding me I never pumped my gas. They showed me the receipt and it said pump 6 I said my pump was 2 not six, he said you pumped your gas, I said no I did not. The policed arrived he stated that I was on pump 2 but he said that pump 6 was used . The police said dude just fix it he's the customer and u made a mistake.. He said no the gas was bought. I called the corporate office they seem to turn a blind eye. So this is what they do. They take your money and tell u to call your bank make a claim then they deny it and then they get your money and u loose out. The funny thing is that I called the police and tried to get my money back for 45 minutes . If I was in the wrong I would of just left but seeing how I was not wrong and I was not going to let some India people steal my money. Watch out for these thieves .. Stay away from this place. Worst car wash ever. I had to wait almost an hour and was trapped with several cars behind and in front of me. All this because the attendant inside wouldn't come out when a lady was refusing to move because she couldn't pay with her card instead he let us all sit there stuck because we'd already paid for our car washes and couldn't get out. It took over 20 minutes for him to come out to ask the lady to leave and figure out her problem. This was time no one in the line had and I will not be going back to this shell. read more

Horrible place!!! Don't spend a penny for car wash. I went to this place for gas and also to have my car washed twice. The first time I got the most expensive car wash they have (deluxe) for $11 which is supposed to make your car shine... When I came out of the car wash, my car was full of water drops that the air pressure wasn't able to remove. So, I had to dry it up by my self. Next time I went there, I tried the basic car wash for $7. What was crazy about it is that after the washing was over, the air dry lasted only for 10 seconds or so, that wasn't even enough to try my windshield! That's was absolute rip off. So, my car was all a mess! I have tried many automatic car washes and all of them either have some employee there to wipe the water from your car, or they have a good car wash system that removes even the smallest water drops from your car. Clearly, these guys in Shell care about getting your money without giving you any quality service. Never again. read more

One star isn't too shabby for the horrendous experience that I got from the lousy car wash in this particular gas station. Exepected the car wash to be pretty similar to the one I previously go in this other Shell station, but man was I dissapointed by the result! By the time my car went through the machine, there is still a slight but obvious soap residue on the window panes and the door knobs... Asides from that, the car is not fully dried by the water vacuum at the end of the tunnel, this leaves a water and soapy mark on the surface, total letdown! But, I have to say that's what you can expect from a $10 worth of car wash, could have been slightly better though... But why even bother giving 2 stars for this terrible car wash experience? Absolutely do not use this car wash. Once you're in the queue you can't ever get out, and you'll be waiting 10 min per car ahead of you, which is a nightmare since it's usually busy. The wash itself is cheap but only cleaned my car by 50%. The windshield and hood were still dirty when I came out. Not worth the money or time. read more

This is only for the car wash not the gas. Car wash does not take credit card at the machine.... you do have to pay inside or have cash on you. I found that out the hard way, but at least no one was behind me so I was able to back out and pay inside before using the car wash service. It will do a good job of getting the first layer of dust and dirt off, but don't look for anything more than that. read more
