They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? Replaced water pump myself as the car was now totally broke down and had to replace a clogged up radiator. I am sure more damage due to stop leak installed by shop is yet to come.

You pull up to a bay, wait and they'll direct you to slowly drive in when they are ready, then turn off your engine and park over an underground pit. You'll want to open all your windows. A worker gathers your details while you are in the car, asks to open your car drivers door and scan VIN code off the driver door jamb. Then ask what services you want, and if you want regular, blend, or full synthetic oil. Then they'll ask you to pop your hood, then what your current odometer mileage reading shows. They check your engine air filter and windshield wiper status every time, and they'll inform you of your engine air filter status. They pump out old oil via engine top dipstick tube, someone down below in service pit changes your oil filter, then they'll pump in fresh oil via engine top oil fill cap. They'll ask you to briefly start your engine to verify it runs and sounds normal. After, they'll pull your dipstick and show you that it's not can't-see-thru-black, but now thin see-thru brown and the level is above dipstick minimum oil mark. They ask for a credit card payment, and then ask you to start your engine and direct you to slowly exit. --- A tip to save time: write your name, detail, and current mileage in large print on a piece of paper you can show. Saves time & confusion mis-spelling.

He offered beverages, then offered my son a lollipop after getting permission. He brought every color of the rainbow for lollipop flavors. Top notch.
