The gas pump are VERY slow. It was painful waiting. There were no paper towels to be found. Touchless payment not working on pumps.

Been here a few times for inspections. Always great, fast, and friendly service! Went in today after realizing my inspection was overdue (oops!) and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. Also, they reset the oil change light for me that I had forgotten to reset after the last oil change. Definitely recommend them! read more

I have been going to this Shell station for a couple of years for the touch-less car wash. It had always been a great wash for the price options available. Bad news, they updated the wash I guess to be more energy efficient (regulated?) and it has nothing but issues now. In last 2 recent visits the wash either didn't complete the cycle (car completely covered in soap with no rinse), or only wash the right side of the car. Ask the attendant what this issue was and explain he knows of no problems (typical for Northern VA). They gave me a new wash ticket and ask I come back again and see if it is working better. I don't have high hopes they will get this fixed by my next visit, but will do a follow-up review in a month. read more

Great customer service. I've been taking my car to Khaled's shop for over 10 years. The only company I trust to take good care of my car. They are fast and reliable. Never tried to sell me extra stuff I don't need. They are transparent about what parts and labor is required for repairs and they always explain to me what my car needs in a way that I understand. I can rely on them even in emergencies. I highly recommend this shop. read more

Do not count on this place to open when they say they open. Three different occasions to get state inspections done, they tell me to show up at one time and have not been there when the store says it opens. Also beware of the recommendations. Had my brakes changed before getting a inspection done and they recommended I change my brakes. read more

Great, friendly and quick service! From the service desk to the mechanics themselves, excellent and wonderful welcoming. Compared to other gas station prices for their vehicle services, it's reasonably understandable. I'm not sure if he's their head mechanic, but Chris is very welcoming and makes sure that whatever services you need for your vehicle is the correct one you need. He'll double check and offer his suggestions that seem necessary to be done. Overall, satisfaction is above par! I highly recommend for anyone to come by and check it out! read more

I have been taking my car to this service station for 8 years for state inspections. I have failed a couple of times for brakes pads and shoes as can be expected. I went there today and did not know that they were under NEW management. Well the inspector, Mustapha, went at my car like a pit bull. The first thing he discovered was a burned out bulb in my third brake light. It has two bulbs so one was working, yet he said he had to fail me. Then he looked at my front brake lines and the rubber that covers the actual braided lines had a crack in it and he failed that! I told him to just slap a rejected sticker on it and let me get out of there. I will never go there for anything even air. Took my Volkswagen Passat in for an oil change and to fix my windshield washer leak. A friend recommended this place and now I will recommend it. New to the area I found my mechanic. These guys are great and reasonably priced. I have a diesel and paid a very reasonable price for the synthetic oil. The also fixed my leak for reasonable labor cost. I am very happy with them and will definitely return again and again. FIVE stars!!!! read more

Brought my car to get inspected but failed, because a previous shop I initially got my car repaired at did not fix what I needed to pass inspection. The mechanic at this Shells gas station/auto shop fixed the issue with no problem and did a good job, and passed my inspection. read more

I actually followed the new owner (manager) Khaled to this Shell Station. I ve been taking my car to Khaled's shop for 4 years now, and always leave happy. it was recommended to me by a friend, and although I moved a bit further from the area, I would still make the trip for regular maintenance, inspection etc...they kept my 10 year old Acura running and in great condition and never recommended unneeded services. So happy I found this shop, as a woman, I used to dread that shops will take advantage of me not being too knowledgeable about cars. Highly highly recommend... read more

Brought in my vehicle for Alignment and an oil change. Took almost 2 days for the work to be done. Alignment was sub-par. Vehicle is still pulling to the right. I don't even know if they changed the oil or not. The same old Motorcraft filter was still installed when i checked the next day. When I went back to ask about it, no manger was on site. Talker to the cashier, who tried to assure me that filter had been changed, but in reality it had not. The mechanic who worked on my car wanted to give me back the $4 that they charged me for the filter. if you bring your vehicle here, just make sure that work has indeed been done.
