I had the blue cheese dressing...which likely is a pre-fab blue cheese....but a better pre-made blue cheese dressing. I personally would want to see more of a blue cheese punch to it....as it was quite mild. - Prime Rib: Now, maybe this night (wasn't) the best representation of their prime rib. This was the last cut available on the night - and was more done than we would typically eat. But the good thing: Appears they are roasting a whole prime rib cut - as the meat texture and flavor was very good (not that tight texture/tough chew pre cuts of prime rib). - Chicken Madeira: This dish was quite good. The chicken was pounded out and tender. The moisture level in the chicken was good. The wine reduction sauce with mushrooms - an excellent finish to the chicken. Asparagus side was actually quite good.
