"Tiffany" was very helpful to hang up on me when I was asking about the food menus. Asked about the platterz to see if they fry them in a separate fryer and was answered with being hung up on. Great service guys :) read more

To start I waited 20 minutes for my food being the only one waiting for food. I was even patient and did not rush them or said anything. Really frustrated getting home and biting a chicken sandwich when I clearly ordered a boss burger and received a chicken sandwich. Make sure to check your orders because they clearly can't read the orders right. read more

Stopped in here for lunch. Ordered a Bratwurst and Fried Mozzarella sticks. The Bratwurst was hot and prepared the way I ordered. The cheese sticks were supposed to be an order of 6 pieces, however two of them were tiny. Photo attached. I wasn't happy and felt slighted. read more

It's been a minute since I patronized this store and I remember why. The Grinch of the Day award goes to Nick at the Millbrook and Green Road location in Raleigh. Not only was he too impatient to get my order correct (he rang up the soft drink I placed on the counter, scanned my Sheetz card and told me the cost without adding two items I asked for. He then proceeded to get only on of the items, scanned it and placed it on the counter. Of course he had to scan it again because I requested 2 with a "please". He gave me my total, went to get the second item, came back, handed me my receipt, and walked away without so much as a thank you. I might add he left my purchase on the counter without asking me if I needed a bag. I did. Thank goodness a co-worker picked up his slack. Word to Nick... I've been in customer service. People like you give the good ones a bad name. Maybe you need to stay off of the register until your professionalism kicks in. read more

One breakfast item (Kickin' Chicken) took 15 minutes on a recent Friday morning around 8:30. And they were hustling. It was quite tasty though. Love that they have some relatively healthy options. This had egg white, chicken sausage, cheese and hot sauce on an english muffin. Not sure what all of us in North Raleigh used to do before these latest Sheetz' opened up, but this one is so CROWDED. Parking lot is a nightmare. Good luck getting out of it without someone almost backing into you! read more

Pleased that a Sheetz is now open closer to my home! Gas prices have so far remained lower than the area average. Have ordered a few MTO sandwiches and the wait time is comparable to most Sheetz locations. It is on a smaller parcel of land than most Sheetz, which seems to effect parking, the way you queue up for the pumps, and enty/exit from Green Rd. Here's a hint: They created a road - Millbrook Green Rd - to get to the property from Millbrook Rd. Use it instead of the Green Rd, entrance, read more

This is the closest Sheetz to my house, and I will go here for gas when I fill up, as my car runs better on Sheetz for some reason. They used to be really cheap compared to the other gas stations, but lately, they have been on the expensive side of gas. I guess they raised the price way up to eliminate the scores of people in line waiting for gas. This Sheetz has decent food, but one thing I learned is don't go here. I honestly go for walks, and I will walk past this Sheetz one mile to the Sheetz at Atlantic & Dixie Forest. Why, the amount of time I spend walking is about the waiting for food at this location. Here are some examples. I ordered a smoothie, and it took 28 minutes for me to get a smoothie. You would think that they had to go milk a cow, and then wait for it to freeze, but they didn't. After waiting 10 minutes for them to start making it, the manager called the people from kitchen to ring up customers. So they stopped making everybody's order that they were in the middle of just to ring up the long line of customers. The problem is, that made the line of people waiting for food even longer, and their wait even longer. So they stopped in the middle of making my smoothie to check customers out, then came back to finish mine. I honestly could have walked to McDonalds and back before they made my smoothie. Another occasions was when I ordered just tater tots. It took 15 minutes for them to serve tater tots, and they were not even hot. A separate occasion, I ordered a burger with paid extra toppings on them, and they left them all off, which I didn't notice till I got home, which meant I had to drive back. So I just stopped buying prepared food and drinks here, I only go with self-serve, and gas. read more

Horrible drive thru service. Wait is too Long. Workers just watch you sitting there while your food gets cold.

So while this location is really convenient to my work, it has many kinks to work out. After the initial excitement from their Grand opening, I have yet to see any manager here. Getting gas has become a nightmare and with my tank being on the passenger side of my vehicle, almost impossible at this tiny location. Causing me to give up and go down the road to Dixie forest instead. Why is the concept of directional lines for gas something I keep suggesting but they have yet to do something about? People in different directions and as I sit here inside watching cars try to back up or go around it's definitely an accident waiting to happen. Food orders can sometimes take an unusually long amount of time and my order has been wrong twice. I do hope they can get the kinks out fix the obvious issues here. read more

This place is an accident waiting to happen. Busy doesn't even begin to describe the place on a Sunday after church - minimum 20 minute wait to get to a pump and people trying to leave the pump couldn't because of traffic in and around the pumps and parking lot. It may be $0.20 cheaper than the closest area alternatives but I'm not so sure it's worth the wait or the risk. read more

Filthy on the inside AND outside no matter what time of day! They ought to be ashamed of themselves!! Who is managing this place?! Indeed they have a very high volume of traffic but there is no excuse for this store to be in such bad shape. Hire a maintenance man. This location is a disgrace. In talking with one of the employees I asked if management is aware of this negligence and he replied "when they are here". Enough said. read more

The woman working at this location should be absolutely ashamed of their shelves. I visited this location this morning and was in disbelief at how the women's rest roomed looked after having to use it badly at the time, then realizing there was no tissue in the stall. After having to rush quickly to the next stall before anyone seen me, there was no tissue in that one either. At this point I'm pissed and looked in all the other stalls and there was absolutely no tissue in none of them and all. They were all trashed and just disgusting. This ruin my morning and the thought of me having any type of breakfast. I think they said that Kimberly is the manager here. Please have your staff clean up please, this is a horrible representation of the Sheetz corporation. read more

Got yelled at by a short black lady that works there. She was there 7/17 at 6am. Waited 1.5 hours for 2 French toast sticks and a breakfast sandwich That's fine, they are very disorganized. But for the lady to get hostile to me? I was nothing but polite and asked if my order was ready. She was very rude. Very hostile. And my order was buried under the others. 1.5 hours later they still hadn't cooked it. I understand. I do. But to get hostile to me just for asking? I was so friendly. She was horrible. read more

This is the worst sheets I have ever seen .I observed people walking in bringing their computers sitting down like they at home not buying anything but looking at the football game going out on the floor getting drinks , getting food 3 or three times then when the paying customers come in they have nowhere to sit they act as if it their home they look homeless most of them I never seen this in my life read more

This is probably the busiest Sheetz I have ever been to. There are just not enough pumps for the number of people that go here. This is especially true since a large number of people leave their car in front of the pump while they go inside to prepay for gas, buy scratch-offs, and "large" bottles of beer. The store is smaller inside than other Sheetz. You still can order food and sit in the small dining area. They also have a good selection of cold drinks. read more

Food: I just started eating at Sheetz. I'm not sure what I expected but their burgers are awful, their chicken tenders are meh, and the fries are bland and double the cost of other places. Service: it sometimes takes a while to get orders filled, even when there is no line. Staff: friendly enough but they don't do anything when you let them know something is wrong, like no TP in the bathroom or no napkins in the dining room. Cleanliness: for some reason they're slow to service the ladies' bathroom, which often goes without toilet paper or seat covers in multiple stalls for 2 or more consecutive days. One of the two sinks does not work at all. The staff takes a while to clean up after rude slobs who leave spilled drinks and trash on the tables and floors. Sometimes they get ants because spills aren't cleaned up quickly enough. Other: The wifi is fast and reliable but only works when you're inside the restaurant. It is always FREEZING in here (70 or below). That's the most frequently overheard complaint in the dining room - that it's uncomfortably cold - and I agree. They definitely don't want people sticking around to chat or use the wifi so they freeze us out. Crowded and often loud. Really uncomfortable chairs. read more

The people working there tonight made my day. I woke up middle of the night hungry, pregnant, craving a bagel with cream cheese. Opened the fridge, no cream cheese. Sheetz is one of the only places that still does 24hr days so I go; hopeful. I couldn't figure out how to order the cream cheese without getting a "bread" option. I am allergic to gluten. I explained to them they could keep the english muffin and croissant to eat themselves but that my pregnant belly wanted the cream cheese to take home. They voided off the breads and only made me pay for the cream cheese. Cut my cost in half and I got home to have a delicious gluten free bagel with cream cheese. I think I experienced true love today. Thanks night shift team. I won't forget this read more

Avoid at all cost! Dirty store and rude employees! Food took 45 mins.....employees gave no apology

Good selection of drinks and snacks, but with some quibbles. The donuts may look good, but they are mediocre at best. The featured orange dreamsicle donut this month was truly awful. They sell Tastycake pies, but not the lemon which is my personal favorite. They also sell my Arizona iced teas, but at almost twice the price of the 24 hour CVS on Capital, which prevents me from getting it out of anything but desperation. read more

Sheetz - my go-to source for quick meals and delicious dairy-free lattes when I'm on the road! Unlike the much-lauded Wawa, Sheetz offers soy milk for those of for whom milk is a bad idea so we too can have coffee that drinks like a meal (what - a latte is totally breakfast - isn't it?), along with plentiful foodstuffs like made to order sandwiches, deep-fried marvels from tater tots to cheese sticks, and more! Gas can be either super cheap or slightly spendy depending on the area, but in general you can bet on Sheetz stores being clean, bright, well-stocked, and ready to fill your tank and your stomach. read more

What a dirty establishment!!! I went to this location for coffee at 11:30 A.M. yesterday. It was filthy, I tramped on a cockroach at the coffee bar, the floors were sticky, no napkins in the dispenser in the table area.T he cream, sugar, bar was filthy, cream all over the counter top. The tables were dirty and obviously not cleaned for some time. Th parking spots near the building were filthy. It was obvious to me that this business has no management attention. This Sheetz, like many others, is top notch in its gas prices and it's quality of food. The service is excellent, the staff are polite and friendly, and the food is the best. Gas is always the cheapest you can find, and the store, inside and out is clean as a whistle. I love the fact that in many of the Sheetz you can even stop by and make your own milkshake! Come on, people! This is a GAS STATION/CONVENIENCE STORE, not a high dollar restaurant or Starbucks! Cracks me up what people write! This is a great location, friendly employees (not getting rich on their checks from an establishment like this), and it is VERY BUSY for good reasons. The food and drinks are good, they really are and my daughter and I are having a blast trying them all! If you are in a hurry, you can freaking place your order ahead, for goodness sake! They have everything you can imagine here and then some...we really enjoy the place. read more

Best Sheetz!!! Billy the manager was very nice to us! We were there pretty late and he was very friendly!

The store was packed with people and they had 4 people cooking and only 1 working cashier. The line was at least 6 people long and when a second cashier finally came out of the back he went to the drink machine and fixed himself a drink before waiting on any customers. But the worst part of the whole visit was that he had his pants below his butt and all u could see were his boxers. Now where I grew up its unacceptable to even be seen in public that way. But it more common now. It's still one thing to do that when you are on the street or hanging with friends. But in a place of business that is totally unacceptable. read more

I would not even buy a drink here. I walked in the bathroom only to walk right back out. The floors through the the store and bathrooms were sticky. The urinals and toilets were not clean.
