I contacted my bank and was told it was actually taken from my account. I called Sheetz corporate office again on 5/14, (after going back to the store and once again being told it was a preauthorization), and I was told that it was an actual purchase on another pump at the same time I was pumping my gas. I was told the 150.00 charge was for diesel fuel. My truck takes flex. I find it convenient that the charge is for exactly 150.00, which is the amount of their preauthorization fee. Sheetz still has not refunded my money. I was told now they will need to review the cameras. Meanwhile, they have had my money for nearly 3 weeks. In a sense, I paid 214.00 for a tank of gas. I know gas is high right now, but this is ridiculous!

This truly is a breeze to get in and out, even towing a boat. It's an awesome stop before hitting the lake. You can gas up the boat, stock the cooler, buy your ice and hit the clean gender neutral restroom. Large selection of chilled beverages, highly processed convenient store junk foods (candy, chips, etc.), lottery tickets, fountain drinks, and miscellaneous items. Don't expect anything healthy, locally sourced or low calorie. They do offer a few diet soft drinks. Overall a super convenient convenience store and 76 gas station. Hearing that it was a newer store with a nice selection of items, it held true. This ABC Store has a vast selection, and they did have nice premium bourbons, whiskeys, etc. Although they did not have one of the premiums we were hoping to find, the staff had excellent alternatives offered in addition to another one we were looking for and found. This store is easy to get to and also with using the service drive linking it to the nearby gas/convenience store, an easy way to get to the traffic light for accessing Hwy 64 again. In all, a good visit to this Chatham County ABC Store and worth the bit of a drive outside Apex to get to it.

The staff could care less about the customer and actually said go to another ABC store when I called them out. If the store wasn't well organized and clean they would have got 1 star.
