I purchased a set of Faulken tires early 2023 (over$1,200) I have them installed and then I had an alignment and kept up with my maintenance. Last month I had a blow out on one of the tires (IT was worn) less than 10K miles on the tires. They would not replace it. And then I was told all the tires were bad....and should not be put on my car. After the salesperson (Shawn) ensured me that was an acceptable tire for my car. They blamed the distributor, then blamed my driving (I have state farm and I get a discount based ON A great DRIVING RECORD) they have given me the run around for 6 days. DO NOT BUY TIRES from these people. The ladies at the front desk even lied and told me that the saleperson was not there and call another employee (Shop manager) to look at the tires. He agreed that with less than 10K miles on a tire that has at least 50K mileage should not we wearing like that. then magically, the salesperson appears. The plus side is that the Premium gas was significantly cheaper but the card machine wasn't able to read my Costco membership card. I had to scan the QR code from the Costco app. When I was about to leave, the other worker told me to turn my car around instead of going straight in order to exit the area. How was I supposed to know the pathing here when there are no clear indication? This is just poorly-managed station, just like its associated warehouse in this particular location.

However, even though there were many cars ahead of me, the service technician did his absolute best to make sure that I got my car back the same day. Kudos to him for going above and beyond to meet my needs. I also like the fact that they provide Uber service within a few miles if you live close by. They had a driver drop me off at home and later pick me up when my car was ready. This was especially important to me because I didn't have anyone to pick me up at that time and it worked out well for my schedule.

I've drive by Kohl's side to get to the gas station couple times without thinking and faced with grass area where I had to drive around to get to the gas pumps. I haven't had to wait more than few minutes (like Costco gas stations *ahem*), and it's always a quick visit. Now for the cons: Unlike some other newer BJ's gas stations that easily read the BJ's app for membership verification, this one has "older" gas pumps and they don't scan the app very well. So you have to use a physical card to scan it at the pumps. Not a big deal, but it is annoying. The drive out of the gas station has pretty low visibility due to overgrown bushes and trees. I wish the shopping center tends to those to make the driver's visibility to be better. It's very hard to see if any cars are coming from the left side of the gas station when you are driving out from the gas station into the road. I typically step on my gas pretty hard to get out of the station.

They align my tires with no cam bolt kit and sad I can go another year on my tires with no problem. I was a lot happier.

That is just not true. I've known these people for well over a decade. They have worked on my cars for nearly that long. One is my neighbor. They are honest, hardworking, kind, and very knowledgeable. Do they make mistakes? Sure. We all do. Could you get a better deal or a different diagnosis somewhere else? Again, sure. You should always get a second opinion before doing major work. On anything. Just as you would with a medical procedure. It is little town run down, like a coat of paint new rugs but we got it all day and very convenient, could walk to to from our new house in minutes. You need to wash clothes or your car successfully, it's your place. As well as car vacuums and self service car wash. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.
