I purchased a set of Faulken tires early 2023 (over$1,200) I have them installed and then I had an alignment and kept up with my maintenance. Last month I had a blow out on one of the tires (IT was worn) less than 10K miles on the tires. They would not replace it. And then I was told all the tires were bad....and should not be put on my car. After the salesperson (Shawn) ensured me that was an acceptable tire for my car. They blamed the distributor, then blamed my driving (I have state farm and I get a discount based ON A great DRIVING RECORD) they have given me the run around for 6 days. DO NOT BUY TIRES from these people. The ladies at the front desk even lied and told me that the saleperson was not there and call another employee (Shop manager) to look at the tires. He agreed that with less than 10K miles on a tire that has at least 50K mileage should not we wearing like that. then magically, the salesperson appears. I have all my paperwork to support this review. Maybe Monica from WRAL should visit this shop

When I came to pick it the battery was purposely drained so I couldn't verify that the radiator was installed properly. Spoiler: it wasn't. the fan module was bad and all it took was a simple check with a power probe to figure this out. Meanwhile I had to push my own car out of his garage, call a ride to the nearest Autozone to get a new brand new battery to replace the one he drained. After putting it in I realized that the cooling fan never kicked in when the car reached operating temp. He tried to blame the overheating on a spliced hose leaking but, there wasn't a drop of coolant leaking anywhere on the car. After checking with the power probe I realized the fan module was dead. It costs $50 and only required one tool to install but, this fraud left me with a dead battery outside his shop because he's barely qualified to give quotes for repairs and farms all the work out to day laborers who's qualifications are dubious at best. He talks real big like he knows everything about cars and "can fix anything" but, he doesn't. He couldn't even identify the hose that was spliced. He kept calling it the heater core when it's the coolant overflow hose. His quotes are the cheapest in town because he's rude and doesn't hire qualified mechanics. Matter of fact I think he has dementia because he kept insisting that his guys didn't put a radiator in the vehicle in the first place.
