Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank.

It is little town run down, like a coat of paint new rugs but we got it all day and very convenient, could walk to to from our new house in minutes. You need to wash clothes or your car successfully, it's your place. As well as car vacuums and self service car wash. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.

I called in two meat lover pizzas and a hot wing plate. I arrived about 20-25 minutes later, only to be told that they had forgotten to make my potato wedges. I was informed it would be another 5 minutes for them to be prepared. When I finally received all of my items, I asked for two extra ranch cups. The man at the counter replied, "I normally charge extra." While I understand policies, I had just waited longer than expected for my food--the least that could've been done was to offer the 10-cent cups of ranch without issue. Once I got home, I bit into the pizza and immediately noticed something was off. I looked at my husband and said, "Mine tastes spoiled." He said his was okay, though a few pieces of meat were burnt. We were all hungry, so we decided to eat anyway. But as I got toward the end of my slice, the strange taste became stronger. I began removing the different meats to find the source of the issue and discovered it was the beef--it had a sour, spoiled taste and smell. I've worked in food service for nearly 15 years, so I'm well aware of how food should look, smell, and taste. This wasn't a case of being picky--it was genuinely concerning. I called the store to share my concern, and the person on the phone immediately responded, "All our meat is fresh--we just got a truck in today," as if to dismiss my concern or imply I was making it up. He then placed the phone down and proceeded to ring up other customers without any further response. I'm not someone who typically complains or leaves bad reviews, but I felt this needed to be documented. I truly hope no one ends up getting sick from the food. There should be a butt can close to the door so just maybe the cigarette smokers will put there butts in. The isles aren't wide enough for a wheelchairs. Also if your selling food should throw out the breakfast sandwiches after a certain time may give people more confidence to get your food in the afternoon.

Was told the OEM glass didn't arrive last minute yesterday evening and was offered a third-party alternative instead. This is unacceptable! I specifically chose Safelite for OEM glass due to concerns about compatibility with my smart electronic vehicle technology and potential warranty issues. The last-minute notification is causing significant inconvenience, forcing me to miss work and lose income because I can't drive with a cracked windshield. Safelite failed to have the correct part as scheduled and informed me at the last minute. This is unprofessional and causing me considerable stress. Resolution Demanded: Install the third-party windshield tomorrow at NO COST. Provide a GUARANTEED appointment for PROMPT OEM replacement at NO ADDITIONAL COST due to Safelite's error. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and beyond that. Current experience: Highly dissatisfied and inconvenienced.
