This place is a little pricey than the other laundry I recently used ($4.50-12.50 for washers and .85 per 17 minutes for the dryer), but I think we are paying for service and not just convenience. They are open longer (6am-12am). The last wash is at 11am. They have super large washers and dryers so you need fewer machines. Everything works. The staff were seen stocking the refreshments machines and talking with customers. I saw a mixture of families as the elderly. They appear to have cameras and a security system. The hubby loves this pace so we will definitely be back until we move into the new house.

On Friday...I can't believe they got all this done in one day--brake job, including rotors turned; tires replaced, including four-wheel alignment; all fluids changed--oil, transmission, coolant, brake fluid; shocks replaced--front and rear; unclogged a drain line from my sunroof; a brake sensor replaced that was an impending safety issue; and a road test to make sure everything worked properly. A major tip of the hat to Scott Smith in the service department for making all this happen. You can tell just by talking to Scott that he knows taking care of our vehicle is also taking care of our family. Scott and his team are the reason we keep coming back to Davenport. He is the reason my oldest daughter just bought a Honda as her first adult car. The Bristow-Smith family is grateful.

I contacted my bank and was told it was actually taken from my account. I called Sheetz corporate office again on 5/14, (after going back to the store and once again being told it was a preauthorization), and I was told that it was an actual purchase on another pump at the same time I was pumping my gas. I was told the 150.00 charge was for diesel fuel. My truck takes flex. I find it convenient that the charge is for exactly 150.00, which is the amount of their preauthorization fee. Sheetz still has not refunded my money. I was told now they will need to review the cameras. Meanwhile, they have had my money for nearly 3 weeks. In a sense, I paid 214.00 for a tank of gas. I know gas is high right now, but this is ridiculous!

Just watched Charlotte skip asking 2 people ahead of me if they had an ID and her excuse was "well he's only getting *this* and he comes here often." She was EXTREMELY rude with an absolutely disgusting attitude! ID everyone every single time or not at all. Why not give everyone the convenience of skipping the ID? This will also be reported to BBB because this is obviously an ongoing issue. Is it race? We'll never know but treat every one the same!!!
