Of the Sheetz on North Raleigh I have to say that this my favorite. The store is always clean, well stocked and the food is MTO. Sheetz has a Card like so many stores, but Sheetz' card a actually gets you some benefits. You use our card and get $.03 off a gallon of his can gas. This can add up over the course of a year and the Card is free. You also build up points off purchases as well a free sub after buying 10. Again the Card is free and the benefits are many, most club cards don't get you shit. $1 for 2 hot dogs is a bargain anywhere. Simple regular hot dogs with a wide variety of toppings are available. Great cheap lunch when you don't have a ton of time on your hands. Get a Sugar Cookie Gobz while you are there, best cheap desert/snack on the market. Trust me on that. Enjoy Sheetz read more

Big fan of this Sheetz. Always clean and organized. The staff is friendly. Can never go wrong with grabbing some food and I've found them to be quick. My pro tip is try to come before 6:30am to get gas. Absolutely a breeze. It can be difficult to get in and out of if you're driving on Atlantic so be mindful. read more

I went to this Sheetz because they were showing that gas was $3.99/gallon. When I pulled in, half of the stalls were closed so there was quite the wait. Turns out, $3.99 was for energy efficient vehicles. Regular gas was normal price for the area. However, this Sheetz is gross and uncomfortable. It was just chaos. The trash cans were literally overflowing and smelled horrible, the touch pads/gas station buttons were dirty and had sharpie over them, and there was just chaos in the parking lot. People driving fast, loud music, people just randomly walking around or parked in a spot that's not meant for parking. I can't imagine coming back after today read more

I never had a problem with this sheetz until they added security guards and rules about students needing to have id cards to enter the store. I went to sheetz around 8:50 AM and was going to grab a quick snack. At the door I was stopped by the security guard asking if I had an id card. I didn't have it on me and I thought it would be fine since it was in the morning and wasn't during lunch time. She didn't allow me in the store and I'm so offended because I never had to deal with this before. I wasn't even in school yet and I was going to head there afterwards. I'm a regular customer there and y'all are acting as if I'm gonna rob the place? If you're a student at Millbrook high school expect the security guards to be watching you the whole time and to be very rude. read more

Now i know why people love Sheetz. I've had the best steak breakfast quesadilla here (twice) -- each time it was on point. Once at 2am, another at 10am. Get the boom boom sauce + japalenos. I go to Millbrook High School and I went into this sheetz not as a student because i was not in school and the security guard insisted I showed my school Id I didn't not have it because I wasn't in school he threatened to "permanently ban" me from the store then started taking photos of me and threatened to call the police I find it absurd as a regular customer I could be treated in such a way. read more

I like this @Sheetz gas station more than some of the others in #Raleigh. The food generally comes out much faster than at some of the other locations. It is always hot and fresh, and made correctly 90% of the time. If you notice that the coffee lights are blinking, they will reward you with a free cup of coffee. I come to this location pretty frequently since it's on my way to work. It's clean, the food comes out quickly. I find that they forget to include the ketchup I ordered for my hash browns most of the time which can be annoying when I'm just running in, grabbing my mobile order, and leaving quickly to get to work. One of the worst locations I ever been. Unfortunate because it's the closest to my house. This review is being written 48 minutes after placing my order of chicken strips and Mac and cheese bites. The two dudes making the food are just laughing and drinking soda while the machine keeps beeping telling them they're behind schedule. Every 15 minutes they walk over to the fryer and touch something but I can't even believe my eyes lol. One milkshake has come out since I've been here. 10 ppl waiting. Still drinking soda. You'd think they're on strike. Does anyone manage this location or is it just a get paid to be worthless situation? This location is close by so I knew I would use them for convenience. If I'm going to a nearby Milbrook park and need to grab water or snacks, I stop here. On this day the stop was mainly to claim my FREE bday "schweetz" dessert treat. Something called Gobz? It's free, I'm in the area, it's my birthday ..why not. Well these Gobz can be found in the bakery section and came in flavors like vanilla, sugar cookie, peanut butter. We got the sugar cookie. I usually would not leave a bad review but I just can't shake how uncomfortable my experience at this location was. I had surgery about 3 weeks ago and have not left the house for sometime. I deal with constant insomnia and often I would go to this sheets with no issue if I needed to fill up my car or get a drink. When it got around to this evening I had grab a drink and drove there. I was wearing a short rob under some leggings because I could barely get anything on. As I was shopping around I was approached by an employee and what I thought was her son. She told me that people had seen me put products in my shirt and she wanted to check to see if I had anything. I only had a bra underneath and felt bad taking anything off in public or in front of a child. So I asked if We could do it somewhere private. But she would not let me. I understand that employees have jobs to do and i myself have been in similar situation at my own job. But this was disgusting on so many levels. read more

Placed my online order once I got my daughter from school for a sub and a wrap from sheetz #537 .. got the confirmation saying my food order was sent and it will be ready at 6:03pm. Once I arrived at the store I went up to the self check out to scan my bar code like I always do (not my first time placing orders from this store and checking out at self check out) my phone wasn't scanning so I went to the register to pay. The cashier said my order can not be processed I asked why she said because I scanned it at self check out, I said I never scanned it there it wouldn't allow me. She called her supervisor (Michael) which I explained to him I couldn't scan it so I don't know why it's not be processed and y'all never received my order when I clearly showed him my order number. He said I can't do nothing it didn't go through. He kept going back and forth with me I got tired of arguing I asked for corporate number.. he wrote down the number then threw it at me. I told him don't throw anything at me, he walked away and went to the back. I continued to talk to another associate and Michael walked back out telling the associate don't talk to me or help me. Then he turned to me and started to talk about my child, I told him please don't talk about my child!!! He walked back to the back and I walked out the store with my child! Always a fan of sheetz, especially the cheap hot dogs. This new one has done a great job so far. Since they're new they still have extra staff on so they are prepared for random rushes of customers. This one was been clean and fast every time so far. I hope they keep it up because I think I'll be on once a week. :) read more

Great Sheetz location! The food is always delicious and even when the store is busy the lines for checking out move very quickly. There is also a nice indoor dining area to enjoy your MTO fare. read more

Food: my fries were undercooked and not drained properly, so I got limp, greasy fries. Gross. The chicken tenders were only warm. Disappointing meal from start to finish. Service: quickly prepared despite the rush. Often out of napkins, cutlery, or other things but the employees don't give a damn. Doesn't make up for the poor food quality. Staff: not friendly at all. The lady night manager is particularly unfriendly. Cleanliness: clean dining room and outside. Ambience: LOUD. They always use the PA system, which is always set obscenely LOUD. Even with headphones on, it's like they're screaming directly into your ear. The back of the dining room has strange acoustics. Whenever a group sits back there the sound is amplified and you can hear them clear across the restaurant. It makes it incredibly difficult to listen to conversation and anything on your iPod or computer. Not a big fan of this Sheetz. I came for the couches but they're not worth hanging around for overpriced bland food and rude staff. read more

The windshield squeegee container was dry and full of trash. Had to go inside to get receipt because the pump printer was out of paper. The grounds were littered with trash and the attendant was grumpy. The music was much too loud. Not a good experience at all. read more

The Sheetz guy had dropped by our office about two months ago with these "free food" coupons. I am always leery of anything at all free. But it just so happened that yesterday, I was short on time and I wanted to something a little different that my usual. So off to Sheetz with my FREE COUPON I went. The ordering system is a no pressure, super easy process. I got the Italian Pretzel Bread sandwich with the works. First I was shocked that the meat and cheese were hot! HUGE PLUS! And there was a lot of meat on there. YAY for me! Next the veggies on my sandwich were crisp and fresh. That always matter. Not to mention the sandwich was HUGE!!! The bread was soft on the bottom and little over toasted on the top, BUT it didn't kill the sandwich at all. The service was super fast and they never questioned me twice about the coupon. I am super stoked about going back to Sheetz again tomorrow for another great meal. The menu is crazy big and you can just about fulfill every taste bud that you have, promise.
