Appointment day, all 3 stylists (I am so sorry but I forgot their names except for Tyler?) listened to what each daughter wanted. They spoke to them kindly and engagingly from hair discussion, wash, cut, and style. Each of my daughters left feeling pampered, beautiful and happy with their hairstyle. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to both my daughter and myself in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. As a business owner, the way you speak to your customers matters. A man should never talk to a young woman or any client the way he spoke to us. Based on the way the owner handled this situation alone, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I asked for a small trim, but the stylist cut 5-6 inches off my hair, leaving it very uneven. The balayage was also not done properly. Instead of a blended balayage, my hair is streaky, patchy, and poorly blended. It was barely toned, and now my hair has orange and yellow spots throughout it, which looks nothing like the inspiration photo I showed before the appointment. Before the service even began, I specifically told the stylist that I had previously used Kristen Ess hair gloss on my hair, so she was fully aware of my hair history going into the appointment. Because of how upset I was, my mother contacted the owner to discuss the situation. When he called me, he said the only way I could receive a refund was if I came back in and let him fix it. I was not comfortable with that, since my hair had already been ruined by this salon. During the call, he then tried to blame the outcome on the fact that I had previously used Kristen Ess hair gloss, implying that the result was somehow my fault--even though I had already informed the stylist of that beforehand. That also does not explain the uneven haircut, streaky color placement, or the lack of proper toning. Overall, the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. My hair looks nothing like what I asked for, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner was dismissive and rude. I am very upset with both the service and how the situation was handled afterward. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
