Her nails looked wonderful at the end. My experience was the exact opposite. My nail tech did not push my cuticles back, remove my cuticles or calluses, and got nail polish all over my cuticles. She seemed to put minimal effort into my pedicure and I found myself quite disappointed from start to finish. I think the quality of this salon is dependent on the tech providing the service.

They asked me questions of how I wanted things, they followed my requests, and the finished products both look very nice. I also like that the mid-level pedicure includes parafin wax and it's only $30. While I was there I saw that another gentleman was replacing their countertops at their hand washing stations. The new countertops look very nice. I like to see small business owners reinvesting their earnings into improving the ambiance of their business - especially a salon. It tells me they care about their salon and making their customers happy. I will return to this salon.

Once completed pedi, we moved to the nail station and she began taking off my gel polish when sadly the front desk attendant interrupted my service stating someone else needed her fill before the tech could finish my service. The front desk concierge said the lady was waiting when I got her, except no one was waiting. I was the only one sitting in waiting area while tech worked. If my nail tech came over and took me for pedicure and the other lady was getting her pedicure, then she already had her tech, why sit h everyone techs when we sign up for mani pedi when we arrive. I'm annoyed. It's my first time getting mani/pedi since open abdominal surgery due to cancer. I can't drive myself and now my ride has to wait after I already waited my turn to get started. I'll wait this time but I won't be returning to this location.
