Receptionist could get them in at the same time with 3 different stylists. This was awesome for a busy mom. Appointment day, all 3 stylists (I am so sorry but I forgot their names except for Tyler?) listened to what each daughter wanted. When I contacted the salon to address the situation, the owner's response was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to both my daughter and myself in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. As a business owner, the way you speak to your customers matters. A man should never talk to a young woman or any client the way he spoke to us. Based on the way the owner handled this situation alone, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I had only ever trusted two barbers in the past, so trying somewhere new was a bit outside my comfort zone. However, both of my usual barbers were unavailable at the time, and it was already around 7 PM, so I decided to give this place a chance. I'm extremely glad I did. The experience exceeded my expectations, and the results were exactly what I had been looking for. Suggest to park behind the old Ben franklins parking lot. This stuido had 8 hair chairs and 3 hair wash stations. Not a big waiting area. They are still freshly setting up the place. Very cute place in historic downtown Belleville. It had exposed brick on the walls and original brick pod floors! It does get chilly so wear something warm in the winter time! Hopefully they get their social media going soon! You can have your hair services here for cut, colors, and small waxing services to add on.
