The staff came off rude and dismissive the entire time, like customers were an inconvenience. They're also way overpriced, but apparently that's because they offer discounts if you leave a five-star review and show it to them. I didn't do that, but it definitely explains the number of glowing reviews... They're essentially bribing customers! Don't even get me started on my nails... The nails were uneven, bulky, and sloppily painted. When I pointed it out, they brushed it off and refused to fix their own work. A week later, two of my nails fell off. I will never go back, and I strongly encourage anyone who values their nails, time, and money to avoid this place. Total Scam Artists!

It wasn't a bad wait and my nails lasted a relatively long time. When it was time for my fill, I had a bad experience. The guy rushed on my nails badly. He painted on my cuticles and wasn't evenly polished. When I asked for a design (a heart) he said, "I don't think you want me to do that." So I changed my mind on the design.
