When I contacted the salon to address the situation, the owner's response was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to both my daughter and myself in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. As a business owner, the way you speak to your customers matters. A man should never talk to a young woman or any client the way he spoke to us. Based on the way the owner handled this situation alone, I absolutely do not recommend this place.
