First time here! My appt was during the last hour of their grand opening event. You can tell the staff was running around like crazy. This is in the old chevys building. It wasn't super busy which I'm not complaining. It was steady and a lot of staff in deck! I think they have a few kinks to work on. My chair still had an empty alcoholic beverage in the holder hence part of why I gave it 4 stars. My tech was very kind and checked in with me every so often to make sure she wasn't causing any pain. I got a swag bag, that contained a nice za za nails robe. Very soft and comfy! They had some activities going on and food! I had a spa pedi. Nice massage and I'd definitely go back with a friend. It was a good experience. I didn't get 20% off but not sure if that was for everyone or not. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail shop. From the beginning of my appointment, I felt uncomfortable with the way I was treated. The lady doing my nails was rude and had an attitude throughout the appointment, which made the experience unpleasant. I also felt that I was being stereotyped because I am a 16-year-old Black young woman. Instead of showing me the service options or price list upfront and allowing me to choose what I wanted, I felt that she immediately tried to encourage me to pay for the most expensive service they offered. When I made it clear that I did not want the most expensive option, her attitude toward me seemed to change, and I felt that I was treated differently because of my choice. What bothered me the most was that she repeatedly asked me if I was going to pay while she was still doing my nails, even though my service was not finished. I found this extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. I felt as though she was questioning whether I could afford to pay before my appointment was even completed. Unfortunately, I was also very dissatisfied with the quality of my nails. The final result was poorly done and did not meet the standard I expected for the price I was paying. Between the quality of the service, the attitude I received, and the repeated questions about payment, the entire experience was disappointing. I believe every customer should be treated with courtesy and professionalism and should be given the same service options regardless of their age or background. Customers should also be able to choose a service that fits their preferences and budget without being treated differently for declining a more expensive option. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this nail shop. read more

Such an odd experience getting my nails done at Zaza today. I asked for a basic manicure with clear polish AND a pedi with gel They made me repeat myself 3 times at the check in, then told me to grab my ticket with an attitude, told me to sit down and then someone stopped me on the way to make me sit somewhere else, whole time everyone's acting mad inconvenienced. The nail tech makes me repeat that I wanted clear nail polish three more times then keeps asking why I don't want gel or tips... I said because I don't... no need to embellish the Air Force standards and me not feeling like spending 75 on a clear or french set for work was financially sound. He finishes after a rushed mani then tells me to check out, whole time no one is remembering I asked for a pedicure.. they seemed mad I wasn't spending a lot of money or something, but if they listened I was.. just not on my hands.... I usually love ZaZa, and come here often. This time, I got a gel mani/pedi and my eyebrows done. She burnt my eye with the wax and now I have a blister there and it's really red. I'm leaving for Vegas tomorrow morning and now I have a big red mark on my eye. This was Tuesday and it's still red on Thursday. I'm very disappointed and upset. read more

Love this place! It was my first time going to Zazas and all I can say is boujee! The place itself looks super nice, the complimentary beverage is such a nice touch (I got a margarita) and the service was so good! I originally went in for a basic pedicure, ended up doing one of them with the mango mask. Johny did a super great job of really cleaning and prepping my feet. 10/10. I wanted to try Gel X manicure for the first time and Harry was my nail tech. I had a picture of the nails I wanted and he did a great job executing it. I will definitely be back! He was great about doing a shorter length due to my job and for making sure the color was what I wanted. Overall super great experience will definitely be going back! For the first time in over 14 years of getting my nails done, I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I came in requesting an acrylic overlay, but the nail tech decided on his own to start dipping my fingers instead. I had to stop him and remind him that I specifically asked for an overlay, to which he responded, "Your nails are too short; dipping would be better." I politely reiterated that I preferred an overlay. Throughout the service, there was no armrest provided, so I had to uncomfortably rest my elbow on the table. After the application, I asked if he could file my nails shorter. His response was, "Aren't they short enough already?" which felt dismissive and unnecessary. If they were short enough, I wouldn't have asked. When it came time to drill, he realized the acrylic wasn't curing properly. He informed me I would need to pick a different acrylic and then made the comment, "If you had listened to me, we would've been done by now," which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing, pampering experience, not one where you feel belittled or uncomfortable. I was truly looking forward to finding a great nail salon in this area, but sadly, this experience left me very disappointed. Also wasn't offered any cuticle oil . Besides that the young lady that checked me in was very nice and kept checking if I wanted any beverages. I just want to shout this location out. They are phenomenal. Every time I come in. I went in recently with a few replacements that needed to be made due to a poor job being done at a different salon. I always go to the same salon, however I decided to give this a go because it was closer to home. I made an appt online for a pedicure and dip. When I got there they said I could only do one and I'd have to come back another day for the other because it was 6:20pm. I got the basic pedicure with gel and I was in and out in 30 minutes. There was no lotion. When I was paying, there was people still walking in to get their nails done. Poor customer service. Needless to say, I will not be going back. read more

look, im a cosmetologist that does hair. i learned nails in school and theyre not easy and its hard to match a clients needs sometimes. everyone here was extremely nice! the building is very pretty and id definitely give this place a try again.... probably not with acrylics though. the nail tips put on were bigger than some of my actual nails causing an extreme amount of lifting, there are bubbles all underneath causing even more lifing. some are wonky shaped and crooked. theres dents and the filing on top and the shaping isnt consistent. im giving the woman that did my nails the benefit of the doubt because like i said nails are so hard to do, shape, create and design, but my nails are just straight up bad. these pictures are 6 days out from the appointment. im not rough on my hands as i said i do hair. i dont say these things to be mean or complain, just to let the staff know maybe salon education should be top priority considering this spa just opened up! read more
