Unfortunately I will not be returning back. Lin was extremely rude to me during the last service. Did not listen to any of my nail requests, then yelled at me in front of the whole salon when I calmly asked again for just a fill. I've never experienced such disrespect as a regular customer. read more

I've been here before, because they are one of the only places open on Sundays, and have always had a good experience. Today, I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, without an appointment, and they got me right in. I just wanted a polish change on my toes, so it only took about ten minutes. The guy told me to stay for about ten minutes to let them dry, but I was in a hurry, so I said I'm good, and he helped me put my shoes on, and I left. Went to the mall and as I was walking up the stairs, sure enough, I scuffed them. My big toe and my little toe were ruined. After I left the mall, I went back to the salon. I had to wait about ten minutes for my guy to be free, but he fixed me right up and this time, I sat there for ten minutes. He didn't charge me the second time, but I tipped him again anyway. He did a great job, and I appreciate the fast service with no appointment! read more

I am brand new in town, and I severely broke my acrylic nail, and it wasn't a clean break. The man was so so gentle and clearly communicated how we would fix it. (At one point my real mail was bleeding before I went in- to let you know how bad of shape it was I'm.) Plus, I asked for a design and I got exactly what I asked for! Definitely going again!!!! read more

Got a basic acrylic fill -- $40. I called at 11 and got in at 1:00 the same day which was nice. Pretty good color selection, lots of dip powder options too. I only had a Discover card with me & they wished I had Visa, MasterCard, or cash instead, so keep that in mind! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Luxury Nails Salon. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. I got a full set and pedicure. I've had my nails on for 2 weeks and they still look great. I work with my hands and frequently wash them and the set is still going strong despite all I've put them through. I will definitely return! read more

Got acrylics, nail shaping wasn't too bad but the quality itself was. Asked for classic french tip with very very simple design on each finger, wasn't terrible but definitely wouldn't request anything other than a simple nail color if I returned. Had nails for 3 days and one of the acrylics already broke off from extremely minimal force on a piece of cloth. Would not suggest to anyone interested in any acrylic work. read more

If any place deserves a good review it's this place ! From the moment my cousin and I walked in the door it was great customer service. Lin and Tom were both amazing at communicating with us about shape, color, length, etc. Not only was the customer service amazing, the nails turned out just as amazing! Very happy with my service today and will definitely be back! read more

Love this place. Always request Tommy to do my nails and he never disappoints. Sometimes they are running a little behind even if you have an appointment but that's to be expected with most any place that is good. I had to move recently and really miss going to this place. Definitely check them out. They will not disappoint. Tell Tommy I sent you and o miss him! read more

Buyer Beware!!! I went to this nail salon for my son's wedding festivities. As the man was giving me a pedicure I told him that he was hurting my toes. He seemed disgusted by my comment. I have bruising under my polish and I couldn't wear closed toe shoes this week because of the pain. The appearance of my toes is awful, but the pain is worse. I included pictures (my toes aren't ever beautiful, but the nail beds aren't bruised). When I said "no" to the dip for my nails, he treated me even worse. As previously stated, the techs children were obnoxious & loud. "Luxury" is an oxymoron. At one point the girl was riding her bike through the salon. She had headphones on while playing on a tablet and she was very loud. I spent $100 that day on anything but luxury and I have bruised toes as a souvenir. I hope this review helps someone avoid the frustration! read more

Literally all bad. Had a 10am appt wasn't seen til 11am nobody even said they'll be right with me . Choose my color and I kept getting pushed to get gel ; after refusing male nail tech did a terrible rush job. The top coat wasn't even covering the full nail. He was buffing my nails and literally looking out the window . Asked for a coffin shape and was told they were too short , I even asked just for him to take the sides In a little and he just did what he wanted to . I had to get another male tech who was nice to literally fully put on top coat of one of the nails . Terrible terrible terrible, would never recommend. I got a regular fill and received a rushed paint job . I could have done better myself to be honest . Save your money read more

I had a great experience here! I was away for work and needed a touch up. I got my nails dipped and the woman working was Incredibly attentive. Luxury Nails Salon - Baby's breath is the color! - Nail Salons Near Me - O'fallon, Illinois

Appearance is nice and clean. Pedicure equipment came out of sterilized packaging. Thats why they get two stars not one... After that: The price is not worth the quality of service but even worse is that you're not valued as a customer. One guy was going back and forth between two customers for pedicures, I don't consider that professional -- you want to be the one taken car if when you go for a pedicure, not ignored while he cuts someone else's toenails. You get a pedicure in one chair and then move to another for you paraffin wax. They only put enough wax in the bag to cover half of your foot. They then leave you in the paraffin wax chair for who knows how long while they tend to other customers. I will not be back. I encourage readers to find a nail salon that actually cares about their quality of work and the customer. read more

I usually go to my lady in saint Louis but the drive was killing me every week. I was in search for a new salon but every place I went to rushed through the manicure and pedicure, even the acrylic set. From Leaving traces of acrylic under my nail, gel polish not fully covering the entire nails, and the gel polish most places used would chip off in a matter of a day or two. Then by luck, I came across luxury nails. As soon as you enter the salon your greeted with a smile, offered a hot or cold drink, snacks, and assistance with choosing the right color and shape for your nails. Lulu was very helpful and took her time to make sure my nails we're absolutely perfect!! I highly recommend this salon and even going to Lulu. Be sure to make an appointment as they fill up fast! I got pedicure and they did an amazing job! The massage chair, to the customer service was A-1. In fact my daughters are going today.

This is my favorite nail salon! I'm surprised with the poor reviews bc I have built a friendship with the owners over the past year of finding this place. They are extremely nice and do an amazing job on my nails. I am always receiving compliments wherever i go. As with all salons, some nail techs are better than others. You have to find the one that works best to your liking. If you're extremely picky like me, find the tech you like and make an appointment. I choose Tom, he's the owner and takes his time on my nails. Sometimes he gets busy and has to multi task but I'm someone who understands small, family owned businesses. read more

Linh NEVER disappoints! She always does an amazing job with my manicures and pedicures and I never feel like she's rushing. Thank you!!

When I walked in a female approached with an arrogant greeting. She polished my 10yr old nails. My daughter had to use the restroom and messed up her thumb. She asked the female to fix it and she was nasty and referred her to Tom. I was going to leave but I knew she wasn't going to be doing my nails or my daughters again. I was put at ease once Tom started working my hands. He paid very close attention to detail. I was pleased. He patiently fixed my daughter nails. It sad that the establishment almost got a bad review due to one unprofessional staff member. I noticed Tom and the other guy to be professional and give good service. read more

Still clean but I've been coming regularly for a year and a half and I'm no more valued as a customer than the next person who comes in for the first time. The girl who worked on me today (newer employee) looked like I was bothering her and like she was going to fall asleep any second. Horrible attitude. Another lady who I think is one of the Managers is always on the rude side and I don't need to feel like they don't want me there. I've been looking fora great nail salon and I've finally found it! This place is awesome! As soon as I sat down in their super nice massage chair, they offered me a complimentary beverage. my pedi was amazing! First place I've been to here that really gets my feet buffed smooth. He also did a salt scrub with an orange slice, then a tropical sugar scrub, then a massage with oil and wrapped both legs with hot towels. Great service and great amenities! Worst experience. I came with my mom because she comes here regularly, I am from out of town. I sat with my feet soaking for 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. My mom was finished before I started. Initially when asked about the wait, was told we could get right in. This was misleading. I would have left and come back instead of sitting with my feet in water for almost an hour. Bad customer service, I do not recommend. read more

Alright buckle up y'all. Having to make a last minute appointment to get pedis with my mom, we called up a few places and this salon said they could do us at the time we requested without a problem. Well we get there and have to wait 20 mins. End up having great pedis with a lot of sass from the nail tech. Not even 4 hours later, I go to meet up with friends and I'm showing off my pedi when she tells me that something has happened to my big toe. The nail polish had cracked and fallen off! I was going in for a mani a few days later so I figured I'd have it fixed then. Got it fixed, for my nails done and then left for a big trip out of the country. It's been one week today since I got my acrylics done and THREE have popped off! I expect that to happen after a couple weeks of wear, but one popped off 3 days post getting them done then another 5 days and the third one tonight! I'm not sure what they did that made my nails pop off like this but I've not been doing enough to have 3 nails pop off. I did more while at school, working and never lost a nail and come home to get my nails done and I'm very disappointed. Not to mention my mom's pedi is already chipping and everyone knows pedis will last months, yet hers hasn't lasted a week. I mainly write good reviews but three nails popping off has me entirely too upset not to. read more

This is my fifth time going to get my nails done with dip. For the last three times, Michelle was my nail tech. I'd highly recommend her. She is meticulous. I appreciate that she takes time to make sure all edges are smooth, including the underside. She's also done a really pretty hombre grey for me, which i gilt s Loy of compliments on. She's nice and thorough, and works quickly. If you're going, ask for her! The skin overall is cool. It's quiet enough and doesn't have a chemical smell. They usually have HGTV on, which I enjoy. I was a little put off by the fish tank they have up front - the water is brown and you can't see through it at all, however, Tom was friendly and although I had to wait about 40 minutes for a pedicure, he was quick and did a good job. I would definitely return, but pray that I don't get the tech who kept talking about getting an American girlfriend to his client. That was very awkward to overhear. The shop was small but did offer me a beverage. I purchased the basic pedicure package and also gel polish. I was happy with the results, but only time will tell if the polish holds up like it should. read more

Ive been going to Luxury Nail Salon since it opened. I love the staff there. They always know your name, get to know what you like and are great at even offering you suggestions on trying new things. I LOVE the new powder nails...they feel so natural. They offer drinks while waiting, speak to you in English, are odor free which is so nice and have awesome massage chairs for your pedicures. I called to ask if they were busy. Told to come in at noon. When I arrived I was told it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting. LOUD CHILDREN's TOYS GOING OFF from worker kid all the time: I have been here several times trying to give chances to like them. Luxury it is not, but they charge like it is. There are always children of the workers here, and one is always running through the place (often bangs into me while getting nails done), loudly playing kids songs or games on a tablet nonstop, or he is laying on top of the nail dryer with his whole body! Imagine trying to relax or get your nails done with blaring sounds and a 65lb kids laying on the lamp your hands are under! I come to get pampered and leave with a headache every time! I should not have to prepack tylenol before going to a salon to get my nails done, but for the entire 1 hr fill or 1 3/4hrs it takes them to do a nail fill or set all I hear are loud childrens toys going off drowning out the tv and people's coversations. Everyone can see this child doing things he should not and not one worker gets this is not ok. Definitely NOT a luxury place or experience. The tv's playing can barely be heard that are 8 feet away because the kid's tablet is so loud even from across the room! Way louder than anyone would normally allow their kid to play in home or in public. CUT HANDS AND FINGERS: The guy with no glasses working there is good at nails but the short guy with glasses that sits at the end table on the left as you enter always cuts every finger and my hands when filing so I leave with a fill but in pain on both hands with cut marks all over which take 4-5 days to heal. $139 FOR WET TOES, TOE COLOR & A FILL: I asked for a basic pedicure with polish (and I only had clear polish on 2 toes) and I wanted a finger nail fill and they charged me $139! They said it was a full service spa pedicure when I had only sat at the spa chair and the lady had splashed cold water on my toes only as there was none in the basin at all! I had no scrub, no rub, no water submersion which is what their full service is. Heck the basic gets more than I did. They then said they charged for a full color change when I had asked for 2 toes to have clear removed not 10 colored toes. They acknowledged it wasn't what I was supposed to get but they were charging for what I asked for! CREDIT CARD USAGE CHARGE: They said they would then charge me extra if I used a credit card because of amount would cause them processing fees. How is that luxurious? Credit card charges should be included in the price. NOT NICE TO MY KID, $32 color, and not well done: My kid is shy and quiet but if I bring her the ladies there are rude to her and make fun of her polish choices. So what if a little girl wants pink and purple nails? You should not say you won't look good, what's wrong with you for choosing this? Why do you want this? She just wanted her favorite colors! My daughter settled for another color (after 3 got this response) then we went home and I painted them pink and purple for her. The cost for my little girl who is in primary school's nails was about $32! Way too expensive. It was not even done well either because the polish had been done past the nail onto her fingers. read more

Stopped in here today for a gel manicure. From the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. I was greeted with a "what do you need?" After picking my color, the girl who would would do my manicure pointed to a station and said "right there." These were the only words she spoke to me the entire time. It is clear none of the employees care to be there as there were hardly any words spoken by anyone and when they were, it was the same cranky, bothered tone. The nail tech did not file or shape my nails and the paint job was sloppy and ended up on the skin around the tip and sides of my nails. I would not go back again. read more
