A bikini wax, an eyebrow and lip wax, and a cheek wax. Mind you this was my first appointment after months with them after being treated poorly the last time. These services totaled to $100, and they would've gotten at least a $20 tip had they actually fulfilled my appointment. I was running a bit late, and called them in advance letting them know I would be there at 4:10, mind you they have a 9 minute grace period. The girl on the phone said it was fine, but that I would have to remove one of my services. completely fine, i understand that. I told her the cheek wax could be removed, she said that was fine and she would see me soon. I walk in at 4:10, the time I said I would be there. No line or anything, was able to go right up to the desk. greeted her and said I had a 4pm appointment and that I think I just talked to her on the phone. She says "oh yea about that, we now can only do the Bikini or the eyebrow wax"... PLEASE! tell me how this makes sense when on the phone she said I would only have to remove one service, and I could choose said service. I booked four services, and am now being told I can only do one of said services over a 10 minute delay... but they claim each service takes 15 minutes, hence only ONE SERVICE SHOULD BE REMOVED UNDERSTANDABLY! I'm asking her to explain how this works, and she says both the eyebrow and bikini wax take 15 minutes a piece, and my waxer doesn't have time for both... Even though that puts me at 4:45 if I would've been started on at 4:15 instead of arguing with me at the desk. The math still isn't mathing. Tell me you overbooked without telling me you overbooked, which again... UNPROFESSIONAL. I told her to cancel my appointment and went to Tipsy nails and spa to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. For both services, took a total of 6 minutes btw. So these waxers must be untrained if it takes them 15 whole minutes to do an eyebrow wax. Will be taking my money to Waxing the City, don't waste your time at European.

Threading takes a much longer time for the hair to grow back and it is virtually painless. Amber is sooo sweet and really knows what she is doing.
