I had taken work off that day and everything for that appointment. And all for nothing. And yes, I did curse at your staff member. I said "what the hell are you guys thinking?" "Why can't I be helped otherwise or accommodated? Hell no, I don't want to schedule another appointment." And what do you mean I rescheduled my appointment in March? Your stylist called me and told me ON VOICEMAIL: the day before my appointment told me she was sick. Fast-forward two weeks later . Then two weeks later I call you guys and tell you I might be 10 to 15 minutes late due to a car crash on the highway and you immediately told me to reschedule. You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. Also this is all after my appointment two weeks before was canceled by your stylist. Never had that done before by a stylist thought. Hell I would've taken a different stylist that day. I would've even waited . But you guys just immediately canceled on me. It seemed like you really wanted to get out of there. It was close to the end of your hours at the salon. Either way, it was extremely unprofessional and instead of accommodating me by having me go to another stylist you guys just canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional they do not communicate well with their clients. I'd recommend a more established place that cares more about their customers and clients. That's a damn shame because I was gonna bring my children there. Oh and I think it's really funny how you guys said that I called and said to you that I was gonna be 20 to 25 minutes late . No one does that. No one says that they're gonna be almost a half hour late and expect to be seen. So right there I hope everyone reading this knows that you're lying. Any normal person would see that's a big bold face lie. But pop off, sis. Also folks notice the language they use "Sorry for YOUR misunderstanding" HAHA! No ma'am, no misunderstanding here. I understand fully what's happening. Thank you for your passive aggressive message. but I've taken my money elsewhere and my $25 tip that I gave your stylist. I will take that elsewhere. And same to you, sis have a good day, matter fact, have a better day!

Just wonderful! Sorry for the LONG explanation but worth it. NO it's not a SPA - so they don't run…read moreover to you and hand you a glass of flavored cucumber water or tea or massage your shoulders or give you the "free" facial which is never free when you consider the cost in the end. BUT they do great Hair. Moved here from Chicago and I'm use to HIGH end Hair Salons with stylists who are incredibly educated and on the "cutting" edge. I've shopped around and found this a reasonably priced place (cheap compared to Chicago) with people who have skill and know what's hip. Have you ever walked into a place and the person working on you looks like they are stuck in the 80's or 90's? The owner Ramona handled me personally, even though I purchased a Living Social deal that was not a big money maker. My hair was beautiful when finished! I'M picky. I had compliments as soon as I walked out and all day long! My hair also FELT healthy and soft. I had a Deep Keratin Conditioning treatment with a blowout. She spent her time with me, giving advise and treating me like gold. It's a small place but sleek and sharp. Everyone was friendly and said hello. It was busy and all the clients were smiling and chatting. The owner said they are expanding soon and I can see why. This is a place to go if you want people who are great with hair and don't need all the bells and whistles. PLUS they did not pressure me into buying the products - I actually asked and she was very honest that YES I could order on line for less but actually with shipping its about the same. BUT she said if I didn't like it, I could return it. She even suggest I try a smaller size before investing in a larger one. She uses the product herself and her hair looks Amazing. I did go on-line and the reviews are Great -people love it. She shook my hand and gave me a card and said call anytime with any questions. I mentioned I was thinking about coloring my hair and she said it would be a pleasure to work with me if I decide to in the future, however she said who ever colored my hair in the past did a great job. I was floored. She opened the door for me to try it out but instead of the Ole' song and dance that your hair looks damaged or poorly cut, she complimented my previous stylist. That proved to me she is confident in her skill and doesn't need to make me feel like I've been ripped off and look like poop (as I found with other Salons) to get my business. When I was checking out they DID NOT pressure me into giving a tip. I was the one to say can you add a tip. PLEASE check it out. Even if it's for something simple like I did. Easy to find and EASY to park.

From the moment I walked in, the stylist was not very friendly or welcoming. There was very little conversation, and I didn't feel like there was much effort to understand what I wanted. I brought in a photo for reference and explained that I was looking for more shape and a few additional layers. I was not planning to take much length off at all. The entire haircut took less than 10 minutes, which immediately felt strange to me. As she was cutting, it felt like she was just chopping into my hair as fast as possible. I was shocked by how quickly it was over. My hair was thinned out way more than I wanted, and now that I've had a chance to really look at it, there are uneven pieces throughout. The worst part is that there is a large section on the side of my head that is about 1.5 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. It's very noticeable and looks like a chunk was taken out for no reason. When I got out of the chair, I was honestly in shock. I've never had someone cut my hair so quickly or so aggressively. I mentioned that it felt like I had lost a lot of hair, but at that point I hadn't really processed what had happened. Once I got home and looked at it more closely, I realized just how bad it was. Hair grows back, but this experience was incredibly disappointing.

The very first thing said to me when I answered was, "You missed your appointment," in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain the situation before being interrupted and argued with. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the receptionist had simply been kind and professionally explained the cancellation policy, or stated that they had not received any indication that I was canceling, I would have completely understood and comfortably obliged. I am not someone who argues policies -- I understand that when you sign up for something, you agree to those terms. However, it was the rude, disgusting, "mean girl" tone from the very beginning that completely set the narrative for the entire conversation. The behavior and attitude I experienced were unbelievably unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile toward someone who was once a prospective client. I will also be attaching screenshots showing my attempts to cancel the appointment through text, along with the multiple phone calls I made beforehand. Customer service and professionalism clearly need serious improvement. We don't support mean girls. Also to Anna I don't know you but that did not look good on your name

The only reason I give them 4 stars is because their products and sometimes services can be a bit pricey, but with salons I feel like you get what you pay for, so I keep going back PROS: -Currently remodeled, very nice -A lot of the stylists and spa therapists are highly skilled and experienced -One of the only places that I know of that offers eye brow tinting, which I do religiously! -Convenient location -Schedules are very accommodating and they are very willing to work with you if you have to cancel -Friendly staff -You get some (only a bit, but it still counts) money off of products for buying other products and services (I think it has to accumulate) CONS: -Products are expensive, but I'm not sure how much control they have over that -The stylists costs are more expensive the more experienced they are (but I think that's typical for salons?) -Can be kind of noisy in the actual salon -Some stylists have limited availability

I was really nervous about getting my hair cut but she was just fantastic! Not only did she go slow and make sure everything was okay with me - she had great suggestions and was also really entertaining. :) Hair cut was $45 - no washing, etc. It wasn't even needed though - she did an awesome job just using the hair dryer and a brush! The salon itself is small but very nice on the inside. The parking lot and waiting area were a decent size. The building was also very clean and neat. I came here after 3 years of not having a haircut (due to previous experiences at other salons) I trusted Greg would listen to me and do a good job and he came through and always has since then. The salons prices are really affordable although he does not provide a menu which I have suggested that he do. I don't think that they take walk ins here. They have kind of weird hours so I would definitely suggest calling.
