I showed her a few pictures but left it mostly to her decision seeing as she's the expert. I was so happy with the outcome. My hair was exactly how I wanted and didn't fall out in the middle of the night or feel stiff from hairspray. My makeup was perfect and lasted all night. I'm so glad that I decided to leave it in someone else's hands so that I didn't need to stress out on my special day. Casey was super nice and gave me tips throughout. She is young and is building her client base but don't let that scare you. She is sweet, bubbly and adorable. Another stylist gave her some tips on how to do my hair which was fine and I loved that they were looking out for each other. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 weeks so that I would be sure to get in before Christmas that got canceled due to her being sick which is understandable. What is not understandable is that I never received a call back to reschedule and when I called back to reschedule she was fully booked and couldn't get me in. I expressed to the receptionist my disappointment and asked if she could have Fran look at her schedule to see if she could fit me in. I never once said anything bad about Fran just that I was disappointed because I really wanted to get in before Christmas. The next day I received a very nasty and unprofessional text from Fran that was completely uncalled for. I was shocked that someone who relies on clients to have a job would be so unprofessional. I have been a long time client of hers and even gave her the benefit of the doubt back in September when she cut my hair so uneven that several people noticed and I had to return to get it fixed.
