I love that she walked me through her process before starting and as she went along. I booked for an hour and it was the most relaxing hour of my life. She gave amazing scalp and shoulder massages throughout and she has the perfect pressure. The whole process just makes you feel so pampered and relaxed. I think we could all use some pampering with how hectic life can be. We did a jelly mask and it felt so amazing on my skin. Meghan told me what to expect after and recommended products. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for and more! My skin looks and feels amazing. I will definitely be back again!!

Not only is the salon the most beautiful salon I've ever been inside (I have literally lived in every major city you can think of) but the service and stylist was absolutely beyond my expectations. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 weeks so that I would be sure to get in before Christmas that got canceled due to her being sick which is understandable. What is not understandable is that I never received a call back to reschedule and when I called back to reschedule she was fully booked and couldn't get me in. I expressed to the receptionist my disappointment and asked if she could have Fran look at her schedule to see if she could fit me in. I never once said anything bad about Fran just that I was disappointed because I really wanted to get in before Christmas. The next day I received a very nasty and unprofessional text from Fran that was completely uncalled for. I was shocked that someone who relies on clients to have a job would be so unprofessional. I have been a long time client of hers and even gave her the benefit of the doubt back in September when she cut my hair so uneven that several people noticed and I had to return to get it fixed. Picture below! I will not give my business to someone with such horrible customer service and no consideration for others.

As for my hair cut, Shay listened to exactly how I preferred my hair cut to be done. Typically, stylists listen to your wishes and get close, but they never get it exactly right. Shay got it exactly right. Finally, I was 8 months pregnant when I went to Salon Shay after the re-opening since the Covid-19 pandemic began. I was anxious to visit a salon & honestly felt guilty I would go do something like a 'hair appointment' for myself when there could be great risk to get infected with Covid-19. Salon Shay was pristine. She sanitized everything, swept, wore a mask, etc. I felt extremely comfortable and safe.
