The booking process was very easy - they do require a deposit for services over $200 but the deposit goes to the service so you are kind of saving yourself cash when booking ahead! I was booked with Madison King - she was phenomenal from the PREconsultation email to actually doing my hair - she let me know what she was doing every step of the way! Since I was booked for a model call I wasn't expecting to get to pick my colors but I love how I was given a choice - I told her blue and sea green and what I ended up with is incredible! Madison is so talented for being only 21 and I will definitely be back for another service in the future even with this salon being over 45 minutes from me - it is worth the drive!

I showed her a few pictures but left it mostly to her decision seeing as she's the expert. I was so happy with the outcome. My hair was exactly how I wanted and didn't fall out in the middle of the night or feel stiff from hairspray. My makeup was perfect and lasted all night. I'm so glad that I decided to leave it in someone else's hands so that I didn't need to stress out on my special day. Casey was super nice and gave me tips throughout. What is not understandable is that I never received a call back to reschedule and when I called back to reschedule she was fully booked and couldn't get me in. I expressed to the receptionist my disappointment and asked if she could have Fran look at her schedule to see if she could fit me in. I never once said anything bad about Fran just that I was disappointed because I really wanted to get in before Christmas. The next day I received a very nasty and unprofessional text from Fran that was completely uncalled for. I was shocked that someone who relies on clients to have a job would be so unprofessional. I have been a long time client of hers and even gave her the benefit of the doubt back in September when she cut my hair so uneven that several people noticed and I had to return to get it fixed.
