Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, but definitely shout out to Kiarra for her awesome service and passion!

I'm one of those people who is impulsive about my hair, so when I get into one of those moods, I want to get in NOW to do sometimes ill-advised things to my temperamental hair. Even though, true to their name, I'm always scheduled really quickly, both my stylists have kept me from doing irrational things, and the one time we whacked off seven inches, it was the perfect look for me. They never have to be reminded that I like my hair cut dry. Every cut I've gotten here has been exactly what I wanted and one that works for my skill set when I have to redo the look at home. The shop itself is well-decorated and always clean. Reception is friendly and quick. The only downside I can think of is that you can no longer leave a tip on your credit card, so if you forget cash, the ATM they have on site charges an extra $2.00. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything is just top notch, including pricing. My cut typically runs about $30. I had my appointment today with JoJo and I couldn't be happier with not only how well I was treated by staff when scheduling, but how amazing of a job Jojo did. It was a little more expensive than I usually spend but it was WELL worth every penny. I went from feeling so low about myself to walking out with a big smile and that's what Kim Harper's salon and JoJo did for me. She also offered hair tips for my specific hair type which I usually have to ask for when I go to higher end salons.
