Do not use! Owner steals your money! The owner of this company, Sarah Cormier, is a horrible person…read morethat takes your money and doesn't care about anything after that. Customer service is not important to her. She is only money driven. If you change your mind for any reason that has to do with their lack of professionalism, customer service, excuses they make for being unprofessional and making your time and schedule completely insignificant, the owner Sarah will straight up steal your money. We originally booked for just makeup and didn't need to put a deposit down BEFORE the trial originally, but when we wanted to add the hair services on, Sarah basically forced us to commit to the date before ever getting the hair trial done. BIG mistake. We were then basically forced to sign and pay the deposit of $425 without ever seeing how the hair and makeup will turn out. First we had the makeup trial scheduled for a certain date, last minute something came up for the girl doing the makeup and she had to reschedule. We rescheduled the date she came out did the makeup. Paid $100 that day for that service. Next the hair trial was set up. TWO weeks after setting up the date the girl sends a message saying she FORGOT she wouldn't be available that day and could we reschedule! Now this is the second time someone at this company is rescheduling an appointment for the trial. Plus, when you make your own schedule how do you "forget" you weren't available especially when that was one of the dates you offered? At this point all kinds of red flags are going up. We reach out to the owner, Sarah, to share our concerns and instead of being apologetic or reassuring she was full of excuses and a little condescending. "Oh she just forgot she had this going on that day" like oh no big deal. Who cares that we scheduled around this appointment time with work and a babysitter etc. This is the kind of response we get "I am so sorry you feel so much stress as a result of this human error. It should not concern you in the slightest that it will happen the day of the wedding. It was a simple mistake of the sort that every human being makes at least once in their lives. Per our agreement, cancellation more than 60 days out forfeits the deposit. But cancelling within 60 days you'd owe the full balance. I surely hope this is not something ****** is considering over a hair trial needing to be rescheduled." We have asked in every way possibly for this woman to do the right thing at this point and just refund the deposit and we would all just go our separate ways and she flat out refuses. Any good business owner with any class would just refund and move on, especially with it being a customer service issue and not something like the wedding was cancelled! We paid an additional $100 for the makeup trial so the way we see it is we've paid for services rendered. So what is the other $425 for? Nothing. In the end we said cancel because at that point we had ONE day to do that before we would be on the hook for the full amount! We continued to ask Sarah to refund the deposit but she continues to refuse. So, the owner will steal your money if you change your mind because of something they do or you feel uncomfortable with the way things are handled. She can say all day long what the contract states but everyone knows any good business owner would do the right thing and cut their losses. Sarah on the other hand just takes your money, for no services rendered.
