They kindly gave us a private room to hang out in and eat snacks and drink champagne and also gave us access to their fridge to store food in for the 4 hours we were there. I would recommend Mitchell's if you are looking for a great spa experience for large groups like a Bachelorette party. There are 5 locations scattered around the Cincinnati area. It is quite luxurious inside, located on the second floor, on top of The Container Store, and offers a wide array of products and services for sale. I didn't buy any products but others in my group did. I did pay for a 60 minute full body massage which cost about $90ish dollars. I haven't had a massage of any kind in about 5 years and, as a jogger, I have some pretty intense knots. My masseuse, Ryan, was kind and most importantly, had strong hands! It wasn't the best massage I have ever had but I do think it was worth the money I paid for the 60 minute session. We all had a wonderful time and felt relaxed and refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of the activities planned for the Bachelorette weekend. Side note: By no fault of Mitchell's, we chose to go to Kings Island the next day after our massages and made our backs sore again from the rough and jerky roller coasters! Whoops!

I've always have a nice conversation with whoever is doing my hair and I get the opportunity to just relax while I know they're going to do an excellent job. I know it's a joke at businesses to say that you're a family but the employees here really do act like they know each other like they're family. I always come in not quite knowing what I want and yet they always work with me and suggest possible haircuts that will work for me. If you know exactly what you want I'm sure it'll be in and out in no time at all. I've been coming here for a while and it is all new staff now. Anyone you get will be able to do what you ask of them and maybe even more.

I normally buy a big Morphe eyeshadow palette but they didn't have their usual big palette. That was okay because I really only needed a refill of a few of the lighter shades. The customer service was so helpful assisting me, but the cashier Regan was shout out worthy. What a sweetheart, and super helpful as well as to their new trio compact I was buying. It has a beautiful chromatic copper shade and with Morphe shadows, you can intensify the color by dampening your brush. They blend well and last all day. I also love their Lifeproof setting spray. As always, there's a rewards program you can sign up for!

Please don't talk to me about my spending habits. Yesterday I literally went in because I had to pee and was thinking about browsing after. Restrooms were closed so I was going to go in the lobby one and come back. But the cashier who was checking out a customer paused to ask me if I couldn't find what I was looking for and stopped checking the person out. It caught me so off guard I was halfway out the store. Of course it was one the employees who got on me for not having an ulta credit card. Plus you were already doing something. They are just so aggressive it makes my introverted awkward self never want to step foot in there again.
